Garbage!
Do you remember that we have bought expensive cameras to be able to watch and record birds! And you do not even try to fix your app! How come this app was fine when it was Birtdty and now that you renamed it to this stupid name “percelens” it’s complete garbage??? Please fix this app, you owe it to the people who have purchased cameras tied to your application!

Will not connect
Have tried to get this camera to connect to WiFi for weeks. It will not connect. The troubleshooting and FAQs are not helpful and to get some kind of support you have to take a video showing how it won’t connect. Like, I need to prove it to you? Why would I waste my time asking for support if it actually worked? I’d rather have it just work and not have to waste my time trying to make it work

Used to work
We have both hummingbird and regular camera feeders. They used to work great…up until recently. Now the hummingbird one won’t connect to WiFi and the other doesn’t recognize visitors
App does not work anymore
Used to work fine when it was Birdty. But after changing to PerchLens does not work. Looking at the other most recent reviews this seems common. Fix this!
