Can’t finish profile
Idk what is up with the app, but I can’t finish my profile. I tried to upload photos and I can’t scroll to complete the task. I wish I could use it. I have a feeling it would be better than BLK.

I don’t really have a problem with the version itself, but there’s one thing I don’t like: if someone doesn’t have money, they can’t chat because it isn’t free.

I’m not sure what happened between today (Sept 1, 2026) and the last time I joined (a little over a year ago), but there are no quality men on this app in the DMV area. You may run across 2/3 profiles when initially joining but after that, be prepared to swipe left continuously. Not to be mean or rude, but there are A LOT of hood boogers on here and men who are looking to score. Again, maybe it is being in the DMV. I deleted the app in less than 24 hours. Maybe you will have more luck using the paid version, which I considered, but no thank you. The pictures on the App Store def make you think it is more of a Black professionals dating site, but that was not my experience. If you try the app, they do offer a Black Professionals sign up. I wanted to join but do not have LinkedIn, which is a requirement. Best of luck!

Endless updates.
It seems like every time I’m opening this app, it’s a consistent update coming my way. I wholeheartedly get It, but imagine attempting to use an app and they literally block all activity on the app, to redirect you to an immediate update when none of my other apps do this.

I honestly feel like they have bot accounts. Where they have people that initiate conversation just to keep you on the app wasting money. The settings don’t work whether if you pay or not. Whatever you’re looking for you won’t find it on here. I honestly feel like apps like this should be put out of service.

Horrible app. I live in a populated city. I had over 30 likes. In a month and a half I have yet to make one match of me swiping. 2. I filled out my profile completely and yet there are bottom tier women with empty profiles and terrible pictures, why weren’t they declined. As bad as BLK is, it’s the better option by a long shot. This is just a money grab.

Really needs work and maintenance some matches don’t work the app stalls the same card stack repeats and it’s still very restrictive overall but love the concept it’s a great app just needs work
Waitlist and glitch
I want to be able to experience the wonderful things I’ve heard about this app, but I’ve been on the waitlist for months at this point. I hope it’s worth the wait. As for the glitch happening; if I close the app and go back to check if I’ve been accepted, it tries to have me recreate my account, but also says I need to login first with no way to actually go back and doing so. I have to delete the app and reinstall it to be able to login again.
