Another paywall app

It is one of the worst apps out there
Fix those minor hiccups
1. The location setting isn’t very good. The lowest mile range is 20 miles, and even that filter doesn’t work as all I see are people 60+ miles away. I don’t want to match anyone not living in my city, and that’s just my preference. So yh, could we have the lowest mile range set to at least 3 or 5 miles, and can you please make sure it actually works?
2. I get notifications that people like me, but I never ever come across their profile. It’s almost as if the algorithm pushes them all the way to the back so you never actually match anyone without paying a subscription. Whilst it’s a “meh” (fairly alright) marketing strategy, it’s really annoying and I’m not too keen to return to use it as, let’s be honest there are other dating apps that feel more progressive.
3. This one is very minor but I have OCD so here goes. When clicking into a profile picture and viewing the picture thumbnails side by side, I have to use my other finger to return to the main menu in order to swipe right or left. It would be much more beneficial if we could swipe from any part of the user profile. Having to use both hands every time I view a profile is tiring😴

I really love the app and have had a great experience using it. However, since I changed my phone, I’ve been having issues reloading or accessing the app properly.
Could you please look into this and help me resolve the issue? I would really appreciate your assistance.
Aside from this problem, the app is fantastic. Thank you for your support, and I look forward to hearing from you.

However, after joining, my experience didn’t really match that expectation. The user base felt very similar to what you’d find on more general dating apps like Facebook Dating, with a wide range of profiles that didn’t reflect the “high-value, professional” branding the app promotes. It didn’t feel especially selective or curated in practice.
Another downside for me is the paywall. Unless you subscribe, you can only see who likes you once every 24 hours, which makes it difficult to meaningfully engage with the app without paying. I personally don’t feel motivated to pay for a subscription when the overall experience already feels inconsistent with what was advertised.
Overall, I think the app has potential, but it may benefit from either tightening its membership criteria or adjusting its branding to better reflect the actual user experience.
