Fix the charging station
I swear every time I go drop off a car at a charging station that the app says it’s available and when I pull up the chargers don’t even work so I have to drive to another!!! Running up my meter and plus calling support takes over 30-40 min!!!! I love renting cars from this app but man the technical issues are horrible. Please fix it and I’ll change to 5 stars

Dirty cars, unhelpful customer service
First of all it’s been day 2 using Your cars and I am not impressed, for some reason the cars aren’t being kept clean. They smell like heavy smoke (your customers smoke in the cars and leave their trash in there when they are done!)
Secondly when I call your customer service line I would be on hold for 40 minutes with no answer I thought you are supposed to be speedy service when it comes to problems with renting the cars or if we find a problem with them?
Please keep these cars clean or at least send a cleaning service to come clean them and make sure no one smokes in them too!

Terrible customer service
I have loved this app for years but the issues keep piling on and any time I call customer service it takes multiple calls to get any solutions. I’ve been overcharged because the app would crash when trying to stop the rental, I’ve been locked out of the car for over an hour, and most recently - trying to switch my card has resulted in the app saying I can’t pay. Wish there was a different app to fill this gap.

Terrible!!!!
This app is absolute garbage. The codes to start the charge and end the ride don’t work majority of the time. You have to wait on the phone for 20+ minutes to get someone to help you end the ride. All while it continues running your time up. The cars are decent but it’s definitely a hassle. Customer service has been 50/50. They put you on hold and don’t say anything and make you wait some more.

Doesnt show correct numbers of cars or chargers
Is there a reason why the app wont show a correct number of chargers or cars?? I saw at least 3 locations that had a lot more chargers than the app shows. For ex, app will say 1 station 0 cars, but in reality there would be 5 stations and 3 cars. Is this why there is never an available car on the app?????? Sooooo odd.
