I am a social media influencer and I’ve currently been renting from this company. I’ve had my vehicle for over 60 days and i currently rent for $70/ day. Always make my payments. They had an issue with they’re app and no one was able to make they’re payments for about a week on they’re end. After 4 days late they automatically turn of the car if it’s electric just being 3 days late!! They seemed to turn it off sooner and with no customer service hasn’t been turned on. Employees are super rude. I pay way to much daily for the treatment of this company.

You will never get your deposit back
Asked as soon as I dropped the car back (in perfect condition) when I’d get my $200 deposit back. I was told a maximum of 1 month. It’s been almost 5 months. Customer service does not answer my phone calls and never calls back despite me leaving my phone number, manager in San Diego does not answer my texts. I’ve sent emails that have never been responded to.
