Totally unacceptable experience
Pathetic experience with Blinkit, cannot give zero stars. The product was not working after about an hour of use, called Blinkit and Geetika was the contact person and the company policy stated was that i have to call back Blinkit after 2 hours to see if the product was available for replacement. It was 8:30 in the night and the product just then happen to be unavailable
Supervisor was also not available before 2 hours, just total unapologetic and unsatisfactory experience.
Now I have to run around with a defective product calling them back, just awesome experience

I have had many bad experiences with this company but a recent experience was just too much. I ordered a few items for my home back in India. The milk packet was torn and was dripping all over. When my mother confronted the delivery person, he casually asked her to report it and left. I messaged customer care and chatted with Amatullah. My experience was very bad, rather than re-delivering the damaged product he spoke about investigation on their end and stuff..

Poor customer service and no resolution
I received a faulty lightning cable which did not charge my phone. I had to press it really hard into my phone for it to charge. I reached out to support the same day of receiving the order. They demanded a video of me trying to charge my phone with the cable and they wanted me to show the whole process of turning on the switch on the switchboard and plugging the cable on my phone. Then I explained it to them that I am using the same phone to chat with them. How will I be able to record the whole process from the same phone. They insisted and later on without providing a resolution, they asked me to reach out to brand. Why would I use quick commerce if I had so much time to waste? The policy on the app for the product was “7 day return policy if product was found to be damaged or faulty” and in this case it was faulty. A cable that cannot charge my phone properly is FAULTY! They told me that since my phone did show a charging symbol for a split second when I pushed the cable hard against my phone so they will not take responsibility. They don’t know the definition of a faulty product. Never using this app again. Other similar app starting with the letter S is far more better than you. Bye bye forever. Will advise everyone I know to do the same
