Garbage

Can’t edit breaks when you accidentally mess up your breaks, or when the app doesn’t register you pressing the button

It also helps promote wage theft of employees, by requiring them to scan a QR code to clock out, before they even leave the building.

This app is terrible, freezes every time I clock in and out.

Errors here & there

Sometimes the clock in button doesn’t work, and when I tapped it again, it will clock me out (and the same way round). And it keeps logging me out for some reason, and once I was logged out twice in a day, my time wasn’t recorded properly.

And the UI is not very user friendly either. Not recommended.

Using another app

- Difficult to accurately record hours, esp overtime and if lunch was actually taken
- Awkward system amending times if you forgot to clock in/out.
- thought geofencing would clock you in/out which might make things easier but it doesn’t.
- have to be connected to WiFi/internet to work
- overall just not employee friendly, so using another app to manually input my hours and especially overtime.

Frustrating problems when changing time zones/ GMT/BST,Blip requirement to clock out to change time zone,then unable to clock back in because out of range of the geo fence zone! No good for a mobile workforce!
Drains phone battery even when GPS is switched off.
Can easily see fellow workers home addresses on the map.
Drove past a fellow workers home address, and then received a blip notification that “I was entering their home address”
The last two issues must surely be a breach of GDPR laws.
In my opinion it’s not fit for purpose, unless you work in one place, or solely from home.

Needs to be reinstalled at least once a week.

Crashes and needs to be reinstalled ALL the time. Also needs more features to also people to retrospectively add and change times. Employers could then turn them on and off as they wish.

App Just not opening today...

Now my boss is going to hassle me for not clockin in this morning.

Please add this ability to clock in via the website.

Alson, Noone is happy with the location services and camera access randomly pinging their phone.

Stupid oversight

Impossible for my managers to see who is on site without giving them full admin privileges which allows them access to all employees confidential hr info, including salaries and so on. Directors are not on site 24/7 so we need to allow managers access to this for fire safety and lots more

Tricked me good

These guys promos things none of their apps deliver. Way over priced for what they are.
Impossible to get out of paying them even though they don’t deliver on the product.
Very basic copy and paste contract they give and charge the moon.
Scam product do not buy

Continuously logs out randomly for no apparent reason, which greatly impacts the apps simple function. Unreliable.

What a crappy app. Need to have an I phone 16 or higher otherwise it doesn’t work.
It worked perfectly well on my ancient phone and now it’s not ‘updating’ so I can’t access it 😡 fuming

Can’t use it anymore

The app no longer works on my phone due to being unable to update to the most recent ios. Bit of a pain since i use it for work.

Great idea, unstable.

Constantly logs me out, I'll scan a barcode and not be clocked in, I'll go on my break and it won't register..

It genuinely makes it harder than just manually logging my time.
