Amazing doctors!
I love this app. I have been using it for 3 years now and it has saved me trip to my pediatricians. I have sent images of their rash (irritation/hfm) and videos of my son coughing (for croup) and each experience has been amazing. The doctors are able to tell me what’s going on and give me a prescription or supportive care instructions or advise me to in to our PCP. It’s so awesome to have this service as a mom of 2 toddler boys. Thank you Blueberry!!

Amazing service
No idea what kind of experience others have had but this is a LIFE SAVER for our family. Tons of avoided urgent care visits, amazing doctors, and simple to use. It seems like if you don’t do a visit it takes forever and also it’s annoying how hard it is to find messages for a specific kid or visit but still definitely great.

Lifeline for parents
Where to begin - I’ve been using Blueberry for 3 years since my son was born, and probably called and chatted with them about 18-20 times. Each and every experience we’ve had with their doctors has been great, they take the time to hear us out that our own pcp doesn’t. We’ve gotten prescriptions for some issues, but what sealed the deal for me was when my son was 18 months old. we were looking for support for breathing issues, and they told us to go in. I was annoyed because I was hoping to avoid an ER, but they were right: my son was admitted to the hospital for RSV. It’s very likely Blueberry saved his life. Another time, Blueberry caught a really nasty eye infection early and we were once again recommended to go to the hospital. The doctors there said that if we had waited there could have been irreversible damage.

Didn’t get any help
The appointments I had through the app were either met with “she is okay” or “go see your pediatrician/ urgent care/ ER”. I was never prescribed anything, meanwhile my daughter had 3 ear infections, a sinus infection, and RSV all in her first year of life. I write this as I am sitting in the hospital waiting room while my 1 year-4 day old baby gets tubes put in her ears, with no help from blueberry unfortunately. I had high hopes when I was pregnant. Getting in and out of urgent care is 100 times easier than ER, so there’s that. Also urgent care is probably faster than blueberry because it takes hours to reply. Just go get your baby seen & Google your late night worries. If you do urgent care, make sure you call ahead & see if they take pediatric patients (especially infants)

Scam
Payed spent time money got nothing.
User Beware
Do not use this service! Very disappointed and I feel scammed. They also threatened to close my account when I spoke up about my experience. They said I was threatening or had a behavior problem. Just for saying there Dr. messed up. Of course any parent would be upset. I never used vulgar language or made any threats. Unbelievable how they twist the situation. They didn’t even read the intake form notes throughly and said my children were only sick a few days rather than over a week. Also had symptoms incorrectly diagnosed. They seemed rushed to get to the next patient. I feel like this was a complete waste of money and time. I will be finding another tele health service where the doctors actually take time to read your intake forms throughly and not make mistakes when diagnosing and then try to cover it up. Not acceptable or ethical.

Love this app
So easy and so affordable especially on the prescription part.
Mom of 4 🙋♀️
I text doctors each week from “is this an ear infection” to “what is this rash” and it’s been a life saver, time saver, and money saver. No questions are too small and their customer service team is 💪💪.
Excellent and prompt service — a must have for a new parent
Blueberry pediatrics is a very valuable service for parents with a newborn. The team is fast to respond at any time which gives us the reassurance we need and the ability to tackle situations in the moment. Highly recommend it in the newborn toolkit.
!!!BEWARE!!!
Worst service ever! They give the most basic useless information. They told me to take my son to the emergency room for a COLD and since I didn’t they called CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES ON US!! They were at our door the next morning and our son was 100% well!!
DISCLAIMER
Blueberry Pediatrics does not see your child in person, yet they can make serious decisions like filing reports with Child Protective Services based only on limited virtual interactions, often without access to prior in-person evaluations or medical records. Their Terms of Use include a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver, which severely limit your ability to hold them legally accountable if harm occurs. Unfortunately, others have reported similar issues.

Disappointment
I have had Blueberry for almost 6 years. I once raved about the awesome kit and accessibility. They have never prescribed a single thing. I now wonder if they are even actual doctors. I have called in several times after long lingering respiratory issues and able to get meds for myself for same illness. They refuse. This is a scam there’s nothing being prescribed. Not even when the mother has the exact same illness with weeks of lingering cough. I’ll never recommend or use this again.

Notification issues
There seems to be a problem with the notifications. On the app it will show that there’s a notification number but when you go on the app, you can’t see where the notification is. This is becoming a issue constantly anytime this happened. You have to scroll through and figure out exactly where this notification is. It doesn’t show it in the app. What you have to click on to read the notification for it to clear out please fix this.

This app is garbage
Komal Vargas knows nothing prolly googles and answer
It has potential
The app description does mention it can be used for uti diagnosis which was when we first used it. Unfortunately that’s inaccurate, for the pediatrician to diagnose a uti and prescribe antibiotics the dr told me they need a urine sample so I had to take her in anyway even with positive at home tests. I have heard it is the same with many symptoms so in theory this is a great idea and maybe even worth it for the professional feedback when needed but as far as diagnosis and prescriptions without going to the urgent care, I don’t know if they will do that without testing. If you proceed with this awareness you won’t meet the disappointment many of us have.

Amazing option
Just had our first appointment. This is such a nice option to have and so helpful!
Two years in & still love them
Even if it saves us one urgent care visit a year, the subscription pays for itself. And in the two years we’ve had a subscription, we’ve used it for more than that. Highly recommend!
Best Ever
If you have school-aged children and work or find it difficult to get a doctor’s appointment, this service can be a huge life-saver for you. Worth its weight in pure gold.
A scam
Honestly, a few of the doctors I spoke with seemed nice, but they weren’t able to help me with anything.
First, my daughter had an ear infection, and they couldn’t prescribe her any medication. We ended up taking her to urgent care, where she received the prescription she needed.
Next, my son had strep throat. Not only did they not recognize the symptoms (headache, fever, vomiting, sore neck/throat), but they also couldn’t prescribe him anything.
Then, my daughter began showing the same symptoms my son had—he had already been diagnosed with strep earlier that day at the ER. But, shocker—they still couldn’t prescribe anything because they didn’t have a positive strep test for her.
At this point, I’m genuinely wondering what exactly they can help with. These are the things they don’t tell you before you send them your money.
I asked for a refund, but I didn’t get all of my money back. Either it was prorated for the month I used the service (even though they failed to help me three times), or they charged me for that ridiculously cheap-looking and cheap-feeling medical kit. I’ll never know, because no one in customer service will return my emails or calls.

Could be amazing
The app is simple to use, but often doesn't work. Uploading videos has never worked for me, and today it deleted my kids appointment after waiting all day on it. The kit they send you is almost worth it by itself however. And my visits so far have been really good. It's genuinely just the apps functionality that is bad.
