This app will not open, at all. Got it about a month ago and was hoping to see if they would fix it, they haven’t yet. It’s just junk. I guess I need to use their webpage, apps are nice and convenient though.

Doesn’t work but at least is a mobile card
Most of the button don’t work, including discounts and find a doctor. The only thing it’s good for, is it has your ID card, in case you ever forget it.

App works fine, for the most part. However, the button to Find a Doctor doesn't work. Not having a Remember Me button available at login is annoying. And frankly, the menu after you login looks a little lame. It's in a definite need of a makeover. I'm more than willing to give this app a better rating when it improves.

Worst app I’ve ever attempted to use
Will not allow sign in- keeps spinning for literally several minutes. Very frustrating. I just switched insurances from Independent health, and this might be a dealbreaker for me. I used the independent health app all the time.
Much to be Improved
This app is worthless. Much to be improved, below are a couple things that stand out the most:
1. Needs auto-login. Nobody wants to log in every single time they open the app. There needs to be an auto login feature or some sort of secure login feature to save people from typing in the username and password every single time.
2. “Discounts” link just doesn’t. The button just takes you off the app to a website that doesn’t load on mobile for some reason. It needs to be able to just list it on the app. It’s just a list and what each of them are, it’s not that hard. You’re wasting resources and cost associated with this if people can’t easily access the discounts offered by being a BCBS member and therefore don’t take advantage/assume they don’t exist.

Login Failures
Ok app. It's missing basic functionality of saving password so you don't need to login every time you use it. The ability to use Touch ID should also be added if extra security is needed. Any decent app programmer can do this. Having health card in wallet would be nice as well. If security is an issue here Touch ID is more secure than a password.

Why does this app exist?
See people complaining about getting an error message when logging in. I can't even attempt to login. Open app and it opens to "member login" screen. No boxes for logging in or anything. Just a header that says "member login" at top of an otherwise completely blank white screen. How hard can that be? I see login complaints going back nearly 2 years. And when you tap "app support" next to the "write review" link right here, it sends you to bcbswny website to ask questions about enrollment or your plan. It's not even a link to app support. I tried to nicely ask for assistance through there, but when that happened I had to write a nasty review for all to see. Sorry. I tried to be discrete.

No problems using
I downloaded this app on my iPad. I had no problems logging on. I went through the whole app and had no problems. Very useful.
