Room to Improve
- 🐛 The app doesn't work, wasted 30 minutes trying to just get on it
- 🐛 The app is slow and lags all the time, takes a long time to load info
- 🐛 So slow and glitchy
- 🐛 Moved healthy extras amount off the main screen and now it's just a white screen
- 🐛 Never works without at least one issue, constantly lagging and freezing

- 🐛 EOB not available, system can't change primary care physician
- 🐛 The EOB on the website rarely show the information of what was charged and what was paid

- 🐛 Took 10 mins to get my card info off the app, got 20 emails saying someone logged in
