Can't make a payment online on the phone and can't make a payment on the app without signing in. At least you're consistently bad.

Worst App on my phone
At least half the time I try to log on I sit there watching the wheel go round and round indefinitely. That’s if the login icon even responds when you touch it.
Still utter garbage app
For no apparent, or fixable, reason, this garbage piece of junk app now no longer accepts either my wife’s or my log-in information. Doesn’t allow a reset of anything despite us having all our subscriber information.
Why would we want to log in and check our claims and coverage anyway?! We are now forced to call Excellus and wade through their equally trashy phone system to talk to some moron.
App works no better than their health plans.

Very difficult to use
The app is good at telling you about what your coverages are and about the claims you have but there is no way to do a search for the information I need. For example, I want to renew a prescription…I can’t find how to do that or where to go to do so.

After this last update, app won’t open at all!
New card /1/26
I am very upset with my renewal information as of 1/1/26. Your company had to move me to the Essential plan and I have yet to receive my new card.
I have called customer service 5 times and have never talked to anyone. I have been left on hold for over 20 minutes for the longest times .
I checked on line to order my new cards and it still shows me with my old plan.
I have been happy with your company for years but this is unacceptable.

Horrible app
Can’t even login. Please Excellus, fix this! Can’t believe it was even released!
Glitchy
You can’t even log into the app nonetheless use any functions without experiencing 100 glitches and failed attempts.

Now it's just blank except it says member cards.
Just got the card
Medicare here I come. Off to a good start...won't scan the card. Started to sign up either my information is wrong or I'm not in the system. Exactly what others have said, medicare will not be easy. Just not gonna sign up.

I don’t know what the issue is but it doesn’t let me log on. What good is having the app if you can’t use it?
Love how easy it is to use
Easy to navigate. Information is reported in an easy to understand format.
Can’t register
I have tried registering twice now. The email has never come through that would allow me to create an account for the app.
Great App
I’ve been using this app for few years now to pay my premium, check my claims and see how much my insurance covered my medical bills, and had no issues navigating this platform. Great service.
