Horrific app
Cannot order without a profile. Creating a profile deletes your order from cart. Signing up for spam email is mandatory to create a profile. Cart randomly empties itself frequently. Completely unusable.
THE WORST GLITCHIEST APP ON MY PHONE
Just spent 20 mins trying to order a coffee and the app kept crashing. Changing my morning coffee spot.
No Bogo reward upon download signup
False advertising. They have cards for free coffee on us but you waste the time to register and download the app and receive nothing.
Less Convenient Than Previous App
This version of the app requires too many clicks to place a simple order. It also does not retain a preferred payment method so you have to click to select a payment method every time. Why make something less streamlined?
Marketing
I think it’s really screwed up to REQUIRE app users to agree to marketing emails. It doesn’t seem I can log in without checking those boxes. So I guess I won’t be ordering via the app.
Never Loads
This app, generously, loads maybe 10% of the time.

Local Legends - Unreliable
The local legends points that you save up don’t always work at checkout even if you have plenty of points.
Impossible to delete payment method and close account, & no transaction history on app.
My account was hacked and someone is using my account to make purchases at Bluestone. I tried seeing where the purchase was made but the app has no transaction history link. And when I tried to delete my credit card info on my app, it kept preventing me from doing so saying error, try later.
When I tried contacting customer service there is no phone number to call. The number you call just has an automated message telling you to go to their website. USELESS!!!!

Too many steps
Too many steps in the checkout process. If I only have one payment method I shouldn't have to click select payment method will be brought to a new page click on my only payment method click OK and then be brought back to the checkout page again every single time. Also the tips are set too high and it's annoying to have to type in a custom number every time. I like leaving a tip, but not 25% on a single overpriced coffee. it also is difficult to get it to type a point before the number so if you the tip to be less than one dollar you have to type in 0.5, one more step in the process. Also when I updated the app earlier this year suddenly all of my ability to use the rewards the way I used to which was just to buy myself a free size upgrade or select from a big list of options now I'm really limited and how I can spend the rewards.

Not a greatest app update
There used to be InKind payment option but with the app update it’s gone, even the caffe is still in the InKind list. Please bring it back so that payment option could be used from the app again
If only I could sign in :(
Had my first coffee from here and it was great so I decided to download the app to mobile order in the future. Unfortunately though, when I try to sign up/sign in, the app won’t allow me to progress past the “enter personal information page” (save button remains greyed out even with all information filled, buttons checked, links opened)
Being able to order ahead and participate in rewards is a pretty big incentive for me to become a regular, so I’d be happy to try this cafe more often if this is fixed.

Bugs GALORE
Can’t add a huge chunk of the coffee drinks to app orders because the size selection option is just missing! which is required!! No option for modifications on anything added to cart (i.e. please leave off feta, etc). Can only earn rewards through app orders but SO many issues and inconveniences in app

Font sizes are not dynamic and too small for many users.
The best
Absolutely the best iced vanilla coffee that I have ever tasted. Their almond croissants are amazing. Best customer service EVER!!!!!!! I won’t go anywhere else.
App Needs Help
If you are going to offer modifications, those options should be reflected in the item being ordered. For example, the breakfast sandwich has bbq sauce and aioli , but under modifications there is no option to remove bbq sauce or aioli but there is an option to remove mayo. Made ordering with a group of people difficult and I will avoid Bluestone in the future when other are involved in my order.

Too many issues with orders
I used to really like this place, but now it seems like there’s an issue with every order and customer service is rude. For example, the app showed the wrong opening hours. I placed an order 45 minutes before the app said the store closed and I arrived to pick it up 30 minutes before the stated closing time. I arrived to find it completely closed and empty. When I reported this to customer service, they blamed me for placing the order after closing time rather than acknowledging that their app should have the correct hours listed and shouldn’t allow someone to place an order after closing time. I used to be a loyal customer, but I’ll never order from them again.
