Useless
What a useless app!! The only functions it claims to have are booking activities and booking a takeaway for delivery. But try and do those things and it just kicks you out of the app to do it on the webpage!! I’ve heard such great things about the resort and we’re really looking forward to our holiday there: a fully functioning app would be the cherry on the cake! It’s worth investing in this to benefit your visitors’ experience

Terrible app. I don’t tend to leave reviews but was compelled to because this is so poor. I agree with what everyone else has said on the reviews. You can literally do nothing with this app. It shouldn’t exist in its current state.
Of the 2 features that do exist, the what’s on feature is an incomplete list of activities and the filters don’t work. You simply can’t apply them!
Please don’t direct people to this in your welcome email, I’m now anxious that this is the quality level we will experience throughout our trip…

Useless
No point in the app as it just diverts you back to the website. Didn’t leave a review last year as I thought it would get developed and then be useful but no, still no use.
Pointless app - completely wasted opportunity
This app is literally useless as far as being of any assistance to anyone staying at Bluestone. There’s no way to see any details of your stay, your activity bookings, your accommodation, maps of the site, upcoming events….
It’s just links to the takeaway ordering website, and the activity booking website, neither of which work particularly well either.
Needs a major rethink - should never have got past conceptual stage in its current form.
