Useless
What a useless app!! The only functions it claims to have are booking activities and booking a takeaway for delivery. But try and do those things and it just kicks you out of the app to do it on the webpage!! I’ve heard such great things about the resort and we’re really looking forward to our holiday there: a fully functioning app would be the cherry on the cake! It’s worth investing in this to benefit your visitors’ experience

Terrible app. I don’t tend to leave reviews but was compelled to because this is so poor. I agree with what everyone else has said on the reviews. You can literally do nothing with this app. It shouldn’t exist in its current state.
Of the 2 features that do exist, the what’s on feature is an incomplete list of activities and the filters don’t work. You simply can’t apply them!
Please don’t direct people to this in your welcome email, I’m now anxious that this is the quality level we will experience throughout our trip…

Useless
No point in the app as it just diverts you back to the website. Didn’t leave a review last year as I thought it would get developed and then be useful but no, still no use.
Pointless app - completely wasted opportunity
This app is literally useless as far as being of any assistance to anyone staying at Bluestone. There’s no way to see any details of your stay, your activity bookings, your accommodation, maps of the site, upcoming events….
It’s just links to the takeaway ordering website, and the activity booking website, neither of which work particularly well either.
Needs a major rethink - should never have got past conceptual stage in its current form.

An app with no purpose
This needs a complete over haul as an app. Just push people to your website instead.
Needs improvement - many missed opportunities
This app needs someone to look at it again and rework. As an app it’s pretty much useless, as all it does is sends the user to a website.
If you are going to have an app, have one that is fully integrated into existing web forms. So the user isn’t just being navigated to existing web pages.
Features the I would expect on the resorts app:
* Stays booking confirmation - dates staying, check in/out time, information on what to do on arrival etc.
* Map - showing the resort site
* Important resort information - health and safety etc
* Eateries - menus, booking, location
* Take away/Food delivery - menus, ordering, updates
* Activities - what’s on just during your stay, booking, location
* Personal Itinerary - From check in, all activities and eateries booked to check out.
You have completely missed an opportunity for this app to be a perfect helpful tool for your guests during their stay. Please invest some time and money into getting this app updated.

Useless
On site you lose WiFi signal and therefore can not use the app plus there is no useful information like when the facilities open and close etc
Food booking now working
15March2024 you can now book food via the app, minimum order £15, and you can mix and match from fish and chips to curry etc.

Really pointless app - no map or guide to routes it doesn’t do as much as you would expect from this lovely resort.

Can’t use this to view site maps, view and book activities, view opening and closing times, view and book a holiday.. basically can’t do anything you’d need to do as a guest via this app. Try harder please Bluestone!

Can’t add your booking to see your itinerary and everything else just takes you to a website. Really quite pointless unfortunately.

Needs developing further, thought you would be able to log in to your booking, book activities, look at menus etc. Not to be unfortunately.

I downloaded this assuming I’d be able to add my booking and see my planned activities. Not the case so deleted it again. Would be v useful to have that functionality
Largely Pontless
Sadly this app is rather pointless. It misses two key elements - you can’t view anything about your current booking (specifically your itinerary would be really useful) or book anything directly through the app (it kicks you out to the website when you press book). Feels like a wasted opportunity.
