password resetting
It would be great if the app had an option to reset password. to get a new password i had to go one of those branches. It’s just waste of time!!!!!
Unreliable
Very buggy app! It lets me down everytime I want to make transactions. So slow even if it works.
Update the app!
I am sick of this app. We need update asap! One of the biggest banks in the country but can’t make smooth and easy to use app. The app is so slow full of bugs. This is disappointing!
Display More detailed and more records of transactions
It would be great to have the option to see more of our recent transaction details and records and being able to print out transactions in a pdf or other file formats to view and not just the last three and only their dates it’s too vague. Please fix that. Other than that the app is great other than some minor bugs.
