password resetting
It would be great if the app had an option to reset password. to get a new password i had to go one of those branches. It’s just waste of time!!!!!
Unreliable
Very buggy app! It lets me down everytime I want to make transactions. So slow even if it works.
Update the app!
I am sick of this app. We need update asap! One of the biggest banks in the country but can’t make smooth and easy to use app. The app is so slow full of bugs. This is disappointing!
Display More detailed and more records of transactions
It would be great to have the option to see more of our recent transaction details and records and being able to print out transactions in a pdf or other file formats to view and not just the last three and only their dates it’s too vague. Please fix that. Other than that the app is great other than some minor bugs.

Unable to type the OTP on initial use
Please fix the issue of not being able to type in the OTP on initial use of the app.

App does not work
I have downloaded and removed this app many times and visited the branch in hopes that I can get it to work but it never did.
The bank is great compare to other banks in Ethiopia & the staffs are nicer but I don’t know how a big established like BOA can’t get someone to build a good app. It’s not hard. You don’t only benefit your customer but you will increase productivity and customer satisfaction for your staff if you get this fixed.

The app is not working it goes up to the verification page but it did not allow me to verify
Even *815# is not working, I could not make any transaction the last two weeks because of your system inconvenience.
BOA, another garbage app
I signed up to the bank because of the ‘tech advocacy’ the bank promotes, but i feel like its just a bait.
It blows my mind how a banks app is not even able to login to the system.
Please fix you app entirely, we need a better experience.

I missed the older application
This is the kind of app that makes you miss going to the bank to get the services. It got lots of issue in it and it is very discouraging to use
App won’t launch
For some reason the app won’t launch and after multiple tries when it does it won’t verify and authenticate, literally the worst mobile banking app

Unable to verify user
When I fill my account number and press continue it says “unable to verify user”
It’s not working
After installing the app it asks my account and when I enter my account the system sends OTP to my phone number but I can’t type anything on the verification, do something about it.
App became useless after update
The bank recently updated its app and it became useless. Can’t make transfers, frequent error messages, can’t make payments etc.
Much faster
I take it back it works fine
