Don’t like to pay prescription
This app is really good and all but the thing where you have to pay this prescription is just not needed so three stars or two
Love the app, small bug
Been using the app for a few days and I think it’s great. But I’ve noticed when I enter caffeine in the journal it consistently adds two entries within a couple minutes when I only enter one

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. I CANNOT GET RID OF IT. I keep deleting the app and then it randomly downloads without my permission. Absolutely insane.

Incredible app, thank you!
I use this app to gauge how ready I am to train for the day. Really helps quantify how I’m feeling. All of the metrics in the app are helpful and clear. UX/UI is top notch. Very grateful this exists.

I love this app but…
This app is so helpful I haven’t been getting the proper amount of sleep which has been putting my body through stress. Update: Lately I have been having to refresh my app constantly because my BodyState number hasn’t been updating on my widget whether on my phone or on my Apple watch especially my stress score I think it’s a glitch. Idk what is going on with BodyState but once they fix this I will put the 5 stars back.

Doesn’t work with Watch anymore
Paid for the app as I was initially impressed. However, the app no longer syncs with Apple Watch and hasn’t for weeks, if not months. I am not interested in having to dig up my statistics everytime in the app when I just want a quick glance at my BodyState score. Splash page is blindingly white and migraine-inducing for dark mode users, completely unnecessary when the rest of the app can be viewed in dark mode. At this point, the app is riding on its previous reputation instead of its current offerings. Would I recommend it now? Doubtful.

Much better than Health app alone
I find BodyState to be very accurate in terms of my “body battery”. The detailed look at my sleep + fitness + stress provides a much more complete picture than just seeing an alert in the morning that I slept well or poorly or whatever. The app is thoughtfully designed and is worth the download and worth the investment.

Greedy corporation turned it into a subscription
This app used to be free to use. The current owners bought it and immediately turned it into an overpriced subscription and added ai nobody wanted. Such a shame

My favorite body score app
This is by far the most accurate “body battery” score I’ve used and takes into account more metrics than Apple itself uses for Sleep Score (which is wildly inaccurate). I get everything I need within the free features without needing to purchase more. Tik Tok app recommendation steered me right for once!
