I would give 0 stars but not an option. This app used to work but was near impossible to log into. Now it does not work at all, I just see a ream of t and cs for acceptance but overlaid with logo and no ability to click anywhere, it’s just frozen basically.
Horrible app
Just got my card and was required to use this app - which I cannot use. Followed prompts, thought I had created my account with password, but I can’t log in. So I tried resetting my password - I don’t get any email for it. Tried registering again, it says my card is already registered.
The worst app
The worst app i have ever used. It keeps asking me to update when i agree it sends me to the AppStore which shows no updates required. Stuck in this loop. Strange such a big bank doesn’t provide easy app user experience.

Issues with the app do not allow you to login, no ability to progress once password has been entered

Do we have the option to attach receipts to a transaction? My company reconciles my account every month

First time ever writing a review. Honestly dont understand why there was so many 2 star reviews, it genuinely tripped me out thinking I was downloading some kind of scam app instead of the correct one, but to my surprise this was the correct app. Its just a normal credit card app, nothing terrible or fantastic about it. Pretty sure all of the negative reviews are just from tech illiterate boomers who dont know how a verification code works. Anyways have a good day.

Spent hours on the phone to get my access sorted. Still no resolution.

Whenever I open it it says it needs an update to continue and takes me to the App Store then never has an available update and I am just going around in circles I have tried reinstalling and restarting phone and nothing seems to help useless app
Demanding an update when none is available
The app is not functional. Pop up window is noting a required update. No update is available in App Store.
Very bad experience
It’s asking to update the app and not allows to do anything when I click UPDATE it forwards me to Apple Store, there is not update button just OPEN and I see the error “update needed” 🤯 I’ve tried to reinstall, the same. Went to web page it does not recognize my credentials 🤯
Can’t use the app as the update requires new IOS
App requires the update and the update requires the new iOS. Hence unable to use it

Recent update full of bugs
After update, cannot log on any more. Face ID not working. Update again, password can log on and Face ID still not working. Later, password cannot logon any more. A bunch of sub-standard programmer.
