App has been broken for months. Customer service has been instructed not to say what the issue is. Fix this please

Can’t access the app
Tried to randomly open the app and and takes me to the web and gives me this message: “The Global Card Access App includes anti-tampering measures to protect your information. Your device cannot access the app because it appears to have been tampered with.”
I give them a call and they say that there is nothing they can do, because there may have been a change in my operating system. What?! Nothing has changed with my phone.

Awful app
This is the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Sadly I have no choice and have to use because of work
Poor app; poor tech support
App is the most awkward to use I’ve ever experienced. I recently had a problem where it would only ever show the launch screen and then redirect to a web page saying my phone has been tampered with. Called two different numbers but neither had ever heard of that before (they are still looking into it). Not using VPN, MDM, jailbreak, beta. Using latest vanilla iOS version. Long story short I discovered it doesn’t launch with developer mode toggled on which is ridiculous. No other app including bank apps like Fidelity have that restriction. They should at least point out the issue but I guess that might go against their goal of being the worst app in the store.
