Worst banking app
This app is so outdated. Broken and with absolutely zero focus on customer experience. Such unfunctional, buggy and crap apps should not be allowed on App Store.
Please explain me what is the use of this app
Can’t even login to my account. The worst app I have ever had. Thinking of moving money to some other banks since this of no help. Not practical to go to the bank every time you need to transfer some money.

Worst app don’t even open in my iphone and i have android also there it says update your phone to android 10 this is small app why not work in android 5.0

Worst Banking App Ever
It cannot be used by NRI customers. Does not register the SMS number ever how much you try. No one to accept complaints either over the call. Please fix this issue asap.
Not usable when traveling abroad!!!!

Looks like a jr programmer developed this app and also who did not get paid while he was developing app
Need support for NRI customers
Please extend support for NRI customers. I have been BOI customer since last 20 years only becaof reliability. My local branch is always overwhelmed but the staff is doing its best and My manager at Jaysingpur Branch is amazing however BOI struggles to provide seamlessly independent access to NRI customers.

SIM verification fails
Worst banking app ! If you are a NRI customer then forget about using this app. You will not be able to register it no matter how many times you try. Believe me, there is literally no one in the entire bank who will listen to your complaint. So live with your frustration.
Very Bad Parents
App does not work in US. We need info on our bank position so much more than India need. Branches do not bother to rely to emails - we have to talk to branches only by losing night sleep.. The Bank That Does Not Care

Why is it so difficult to create a simple mobile banking app in today’s age BOI? I cannot log in to the app from US. It doesn’t verify my number even though I linked it to the account with great pain. Please think of your global customers, invest in digital tech.

This app is not useful for NRI customers. I am struggling with a star token app and this one doesnt allow to login without sim verification, which is not available for NRIs.
