4 months later….
4 months since the first review saying that the app doesn’t send through a verification code to be able to use the app, and it still hasn’t been sorted. The app is absolutely useless when you can’t even use the scooters 😂… Sort it out!!
They don’t have customer service
Customer service is nonexistent. Been trying to change my email for weeks, maybe a month, and there’s no way to get them to respond.

This App can’t send me a text to verify my phone…. Then the chat is totally blank. What am I to think…. Totally useless…. A non starter! Then I had to give it 1 star to get my opinion out there grrrr….
Doesn’t read their equipment
I have one of the.bike stations by my house and won’t read any of their equipment. Extremely annoying

Did bolt really leave Portland unannounced? What about the money I spent and my balance? Did they also take this with them? The chat no longer works. I can’t find any type of info re: bolt leaving Portland, contact info, etc. Hey bolt! Please return my money. Thank you!

WAY worse than Bird
The scooter stopped unexpectedly 3 times during the ride, then made me stop and pay twice even though I already had money on my account, and even charged extra than said on the scooter. Terrible service, my friend used bird and had none of these problems. Also app UI was freezing and stopping a lot.

Worst scooter ever made
This is absolutely the worst scooter that has ever been made. I don’t think the people who created this scooter understand center of gravity. My friend fell off and I almost fell off even though I’m an experienced scooter rider
