What a f”””in shambles

On a sunny day gone to the patio area large bar can’t order only via app unless you go to innside bar. inside bar 1 bar person making coffee whilst 7 people try to order a drink gave up and tried to order on app got to create an account register credit card been here 20 mins still no sign of beer. useless system stupid idea just employee bar staff it’s not rocket science

Would be much easier if you accepted Apple Pay or PayPal. Also you have to accept the location multiple times. Ordering process and search facility is good, signing up process should accept pre-saved details to save time.

Forces you to create an account and save payment cards

More time consuming and less convenient than just going to the bar. Forces you to create an account to capture your data and only offers payment by saved card. They went to the trouble of making an app for mobile devices but didn’t bother to add payment options via said mobile device.

Best view - worst customer experience

Poor service - queuing to get in when plenty of space. Have to order by app which is cumbersome to load, and wait time for drinks is 20 mins!

Convoluted

This is one of the most painful sign in processes. No Apple Pay, have to set it up from scratch, have to enter full credit card details for, in this case, 1 pint

Unable to reset password, no Apple Pay

I had used this app before but it wasn’t on my phone so I downloaded it again. I didn’t know my password so tried to reset it, but the link in the reset email didn’t work and no obvious way to contact the developer. I resorted to creating a new account using a different email address, which was a pain. Also there’s no option to use Apple Pay. Why not just have a v quick guest checkout option? V annoying experience.

Doesn’t support Apple Pay

This app is bobbins. Why on earth not support Apple Pay? I don’t carry my wallet around with me since it’s 2023 and I need to for this app?! Dreadful UX, which in turn makes the CX of being a customer in a bar far more challenging than it should be.
