Normally always very skeptical of ordering clothes online due to sizes and appearances but this platform is what you see is what you get, great for convenience and delivering times. Wouldn’t use any other site more than this, highly recommend

Delivery has always been good, arrived on time but the app itself isn’t great and the fact there is no customer service. I had many issues with boohoo over returns, I’ve never once received my money from them. I had many emails of them just repeating themselves apologising and telling me it would be sorted. It never was. really puts you off boohoo and I’ve used this brand for years.

Worst customer support
No customer support at all. It’s much worse than trying to cancel your Virgin Media! Once you placed an order there is nothing they can do, apparently. If you read all their policies. It’s plain to see there is nothing you can do about anything. Don’t bother with this company.

Refund issue
I returned a large order at the value of over £100 to not receive my refund, after months of back and forth with boohoo customer services I was told that I could only be sent a gift voucher as the time had passed on so long from the communication and they tried saying I had opted for shift certificate which I would never do as I needed the money, this being explained I was still only able to have a gift certificate, this was apparently sent to me which I never received I then had to provide an alternate email address on numerous occasions before they finally sent them to that email, not explaining no other details I have now just gone to use the gift vouchers for a holiday shop and have now been told that these vouchers have expired I am now £100 plus down and really upset at the very poor customer service

I have premium yet my clothes don’t arrive the next day. I have to pay an additional £2.99 to favour the odds of it being delivered the next day
Very buggy
This app is constantly closing even after the update you did on the 30th of June. I’ve checked all the cache and memory on my iPad in case it’s a me problem. I’ve installed and deleted the app a few times. It’s definitely an app issue 😔
Boohoo is one of my favourite shops
I’ve ordered from Boohoo quite a few times now and overall I’d say it’s great for affordable fashion and trend pieces. The website is easy to use, there’s always a sale on, and delivery is usually pretty quick.

Went Round in circles trying to just pay normal delivery charge ! It kept adding £10 ,in the end I chose click and collect ! Not using this company again it’s a head ache
Exceptional service at BoHoo
Can’t fault BoHoo. Paid for next annual delivery service and all items on several occasions delivered by lunchtime the following day.
