false advertisement, ordered a dress and paid £5 for next day delivery and checked it all before i placed the order and as soon as i placed the order it came up as standard delivery. When i tried to refund it before it came/ cancel my order it wouldnt let me. So dissapointed

You. Annoy contact this company for love nor money. They do not put anything right and have zero sales aftercare , you can only speak to bots via Facebook who do not help! No complaints procedure!

I returned 5 items totalling £55 and requested a refund to my card.
Boohoo refunded 2 of the items onto a gift card instead, and the remaining £35 has not been refunded at all.
Customer service is only available via text. When I raised the missing refund, I was simply told I was wrong and that the matter was closed.

Had to delete this app and decide to not shop here again. I’m a US customer. I purchased petite pants in what I assumed was US size 6. The app doesn’t specify US or UK in the sizing. I received a UK 6 which is a US 2. I wanted to do a return, but I wasn’t sure whether I was going to get a UK or a US 6. So I asked customer service to help me or possibly check on the issue. NOTHING BUT AI replying with IRRELEVANT CANNED REPLIES via text and via email. These CEOs don’t give a F about the customers who LINE THEIR POCKETS. I was so excited to discover a brand with extensive petite section, already had my shopping cart full for next purchase and planned to be a repeat customer. I feel so disrespected, and also that it’s just too risky to shop here again. I deleted the app and wont spend another dime at Boohoo.

Disgraceful company. Almost impossible to return items and then give dispute over receipt of a gift voucher rather than refund. Had to use the gift voucher to close any connection with this company, I will never use again. Check the Facebook reviews before using!
Would not allow locker delivery
Very inconvenient wouldn’t allow me to complete order to anywhere other than home. I work full time so not convenient for home !

Delivery has always been good, arrived on time but the app itself isn’t great and the fact there is no customer service. I had many issues with boohoo over returns, I’ve never once received my money from them. I had many emails of them just repeating themselves apologising and telling me it would be sorted. It never was. really puts you off boohoo and I’ve used this brand for years.
