Normally always very skeptical of ordering clothes online due to sizes and appearances but this platform is what you see is what you get, great for convenience and delivering times. Wouldn’t use any other site more than this, highly recommend

Delivery has always been good, arrived on time but the app itself isn’t great and the fact there is no customer service. I had many issues with boohoo over returns, I’ve never once received my money from them. I had many emails of them just repeating themselves apologising and telling me it would be sorted. It never was. really puts you off boohoo and I’ve used this brand for years.

Worst customer support
No customer support at all. It’s much worse than trying to cancel your Virgin Media! Once you placed an order there is nothing they can do, apparently. If you read all their policies. It’s plain to see there is nothing you can do about anything. Don’t bother with this company.
