Pathetic hotel
I am writing this to confirm such a pathetic hotel and room with no basic facility like electric kettle or tea stuff rooms so small with no basic facility
Even lock in the bathroom not present , lift does not go to the floor in which u have given the room it feels extra floor and room added to generate income and it says operated by raddison blu hotel which I believe is big hotel chain so disappointed with booking . Com who keep these hotel in the list and this is not cheap it is
£259 even hotel much cheaper than this would have much facility

Dilapidated
The whole venue was run down and in great need of updating and refurbishing
Don’t get your tickets here
Doesn’t matter if you pay all insurances on your flight they always making mistakes on the booking, and support doesn’t even speak English so if you have a problem the best way to get help it’s sending emails because you could waste a lot time waiting on the phone for someone who doesn’t even speak English, never getting tickets here again

was sent over 50+ verification emails just to set up account. had to go in and delete account as it wouldn't let me change my email address. after 1 hour inputting all my personal info and booking a room i check the app today and my reservation doesn't exist (despite having confirmation #) and my account doesn't exist. called customer service and the AI assist won't connect you to anyone. can't imagine standing on the street in Bogota after flying for 2 days only to find out Booking dropped the ball. I wouldn't bother with this app or company as when there is an issue which there will be there is no customer service.

Total flexibility - just brilliant
I have used Booking.com many times and have booked some European stays before. The site is very simple to use and so far I have no complaints about the hotels I have booked through the site. I’m a happy customer 😀
