If you have any problems don’t expect booking.com to do anything. They book through a third party so whether you have a family death, mold in the room, or no air conditioning they say their is nothing they can do and you have to reach out to their third party that made the reservation. And once you do that they tell you to reach out to booking.com. So frustrating and shady.
