The best app to work with as a provider!
Since I started with Booksy as a provider of massage therapy services it only seems to get better and better! The app is super easy and useful to use. The chat support is one of the best I’ve ever used and the response is almost immediate and always helps and guide in the direction I need. One of the best part is the BOOST function that helps me finding new clients and those clients they are the best of the best! I recommend this app seriously for all those small business owners who are starting to grow!!

Booksy Biz tiene una agenda útil y es una herramienta que ayuda, pero el soporte al cliente ha empeorado bastante. Al principio de contratarlo puedes hablar con alguien, pero luego dependes de una IA y, si por fin te atiende un agente, te cierran el chat rápido si no contestas en pocos minutos y los recordatorios de citas a veces no llegan a las clientas. En mi caso pasó con varias y eso afecta a las ausencias y al negocio. Creo que la plataforma está bien, pero el servicio al cliente y la fiabilidad de los recordatorios necesitan mejorar.

En general está muy bien, pero eso de que solo puedas hablar con Soporte a través de un Chat, el cual si no respondes en dos minutos se te cierra y tienes que solicitarlo otra vez de nuevo es una odisea. El precio por otro lado al mes es súper alto.

Out of all my bad experiences with apps, this one is the worse, not only for how bad this app is, but because it only gets worse over time.
You will think that some services will improve over time but not this one, they keep pushing you to get more money out of you as if you work for them while negotiating the customer service and limiting services unless you pay them. UUUGGHH!! Stinks!!!
