En mi situación en particular no han ayudado mucho. Pago la aplicación y nunca me han enviado clientes. La uso porque realmente me permite organizar mi agenda virtual.

Pague durante un año por una empleada y al darla de baja han desaparecido todas sus citas anteriores, ya no puedo ver nada de lo que ha hecho durante ese año, me salen los totales de dinero pero nada mas. Yo pague por ella un año, debería seguir saliendo su año pagado
Easy set up
I love everything about this app however I wish gift cards were not pre set so you could ring out whatever the client wants to buy. And I wish there was an option to create specific discounts to apply and for what reason.

I really like using Booksy however, since adding tap2pay and booksy wallet i have to look at multiple reports to get all the information you need for each transaction.
Also, my booksy wallet does not work. It just loads/keeps spooling . Nothing ever comes up.
I’ve reached out to support for over two months and keep getting told they will look into to.
