Glitches
It’s a nice app and pretty simple to use, it makes things easier to go and grab food instead of waiting in lines but the only reason I have issues with this app is, it will close the app before I’m able to place my order and then erase everything I put so I have to re do it, so it’s pretty annoying but other than that it’s a nice app.

Boost Usage
Sometimes lags but it’s never world ending. I use to pick up coffees/quick snacks on campus. Everything is always ready by the time given.
Missing basic features
No option to disable push notifications for promotions without affecting order updates (only options are for email notifications).
Doesn’t even work
I tried adding my campus card FIVE TIMES and each time it told me I needed to verify my account email despite already doing it. Waste of my time
One star
Last school year boost was great and I was able to order from it with no issues. This school year I am not able to add my school card to the app so that I can order my food and when I go to verify my email it say added to the app but it’s not added at all and their customer service wasn’t any help at all. I’m disappointed in this.
