Simply unusable
My employer’s food service moved from Eatify to Thrive and it is not going well. The app will not place an order unless you create an account but it will not allow anyone on our campus to create an account. So I guess the idea was to reduce sales?

It doesn’t work
This app never works for orders. You try to make an order and you can’t complete it. Also, good luck with their app support- you’ll get nowhere there either.
No fries with my order
I ordered through this app and did not receive my full meal. All this app told me was to contact on site representative instead of taking care of this issue. Now I have to take more time out of my work day to get this issues resolved on my own. I don’t know why I would ever order using this app again.
