I have money in my stacks but the contactless card failed twice. Great app to see money just not good for using it. Creating stacks is broken and stacks can’t be deleted

Clunky
I find navigating the app not so intuitive especially when there are features in there I don’t use, it makes for a busy screen, trying to find my stacks the most difficult as I am not yet familiar with the app
OMG I have savings
My financial advisor put me onto Booster and Savvy. After years of living minimum wage paycheck to minimum wage paycheck and everything financial being stressful, for the first time I now feel I have control over my habits… and I am saving! (Also the Booster is strongly outperforming my last Kiwisaver provider… cheers guys!!!)
The UX is brilliant. Would LOVE dark mode, but that’s only a small thing, just a preference 🙂
Honestly, thanks guys for all your work. This app is making the impossible possible. I’m no longer terrified by the thought of my next mechanics bill, because just like Alison Holst I’ll be able to say “here’s something I prepared earlier” and whip out my Mechanics Bills stack 😎

Great alternative to a bank
So happy with Booster Savvy for running our accounts. The flexibility of the stacks is great. My only wish is that they had joint accounts for couples.
Excellent product
Very easy to use, I’m currently using all of the features and it quite fun. The best part is knowing that each stack attracts interest - zero dead money.

Really excellent app
This app is the best financial management platform i have found. It has made managing and summarising all aspects of my finance so much easier. Drawback: - not all banks sync well with boosrer and have to be manually added
Suggestion: i’d like some financial history eg graphs summarising net worth, debts, savings etc so i can easily review progress over time.

Good saving, amazing customer support, mediocre app
The savings are great. Customer support is simply amazing, with people quickly answering and following up. Couldn't be happier.
But please guys, the app and system is frustrating and annoying: constantly asking to re-login or straight failing at doing so. Constantly have to re-register biometrics, pin, etc. Is my iPhone and my iPad. I never have this issue with ANZ or ASB.
Also, no notifications, and functionality is very basic. But still, the very most annoying thing is the frequent unavailability and constantly asking for credentials.

My bank account got hacked after installing this app
I have had my bank account for years but never experienced hacking attempts. The only thing changed is 2 days prior I installed this app and linked my bank account.

Booster Savvy
Since joining Booster Savvy, I’ve been way more organised and able to manage my money better. I use the stacks feature to save for different goals and its so cool watching my savings build up. It’s helped become much more disciplined about my spending and the interface makes it fun as well.

A flexible transactional debit card which earns me higher interest than lots of term deposit? A no brainer tbh

It’s cool to be able to have my KiwiSaver, investments, debts and everyday spending in one place. The Savvy saving tools help manage my money better.
iOS login
Theres a bug somewhere that stops the app from raising the keyboard upon login. That means you can’t type, so can’t login. Easiest workaround is to enter your info into the notes app and copy and paste it. Not very secure but it works.
Lazy coding
Come on guys, forcing iPad users to use portrait is just simple lazy coding and very off-putting. As soon as I saw that it can’t be used in landscape mode I deleted the app.
The support links in the description also go nowhere. Really sloppy stuff.
May I suggest you either fix these issues (plus many other issues already highlighted by other disappointed users) or pull the app.
