Totally useless
frustratingly overcomplicated connection procedure that inevitably fails. Bosch should do better.
Thermostat doesn’t work
When Bosch released their newest bug fix for this app, our thermostat completely quit working and can’t connect to any kind of Internet now. Don’t buy a Bosch. It doesn’t work with Alexa and it has a limited lifespan. We’re going to have to go buy a new thermostat and I guarantee it will be any brand but Bosch.

Doesn’t work. Don’t buy Bosh.
Used the Bosch connect app. Even though it kept losing the IP address. Then it quit. Bosch say use the Bosch easy air app. Well it doesn’t work either. Can’t even register an account. Can’t log in to my account setup for the old app. I swear to god I’ll never buy a Bosch product again.

I keep getting a data format error. I've tried multiple variations and keep getting the same error.

Can’t even register
Spent hours scanning the little QR code and searching up why it’s throwing this error. No solution. Just a bad update and now people cannot register their devices.

Worst thermostat app. Would not have purchased this thermostat if I knew the issues with the app. Beware!
Constantly logged out
There is nothing worse than needing to sign in EVERY day despite having “remember me” enabled. Also no Face ID option as a work around. Just a poor user experience. I wish I had any other brand of thermostat and heat pump system. I won’t make that mistake with Bosch again.

Use EasyAir instead
This app no longer works. I was trying for months to get my thermostat reconnected. Thanks to Reddit, I was directed to the Bosch EasyAir app, which is apparently the successor to this app.
Useless
The thermostat says use the app to register device, then I try to register the device and it just keeps popping up with a message that says “unregistered device” like yeah no duh I’m trying to register it right now????
App was replaced by Bosch EasyAir
Title. I mean, you could at least let users know this app is out of support or just remove it from AppStore.
Can not connect
I was able to connect the thermostat to the app on my phone and out of the blue it disconnected itself. I can not connect it as it will not show or give me chance to connect to the systems hotspot. I tried to set it up again and again with another email and password and still the same issues! My sistem is only 4 months old !

Tried to reset email and was directed to my email for instructions but nothing ever came. Tried several times.
Don’t bother
This thermostat is complete junk worked fine for about a year not it also has disconnected itself from the app and still is on WiFi. I can’t even re register it as won’t even acknowledge the temp code it gives. I would never spend my hard earned money on this trash. Any old thermostat does what this one does and is half the price

After buying this worked great then stopped connecting one day and I’ve tried everything absolute waste going to go buy another FROM A DIFFERENT BRAND!
