Can the app
Please make the app able to just look up all tickets based on your registration number on the car. I can’t see all of them unless I type the ticket one by one.
Easier to pay online and scanner didn’t work
I usually don’t write reviews but this app is actually more work than paying online. I just downloaded the app as I thought the big benefit is paying right away and avoiding fees. First, the scan feature was unable to pick up the bar code despite multiple attempts. So you have to manually enter in ticket #. Then it will not let you either save credit card info once entered or even just scan the credit card # - or use your Apple Pay. Lastly I entered in my CC number correctly but it said payment didn’t go through - so had to reenter again before it took it. I read in another review that someone had the same issue. I like the idea of paying immediately when you get a ticket, but if they don’t improve the app I will stick with paying online.

It doesn’t work don’t bother downloading it
I downloaded it to pay my ticket. The app doesn’t even work to process my card, neither visa nor Mastercard.

Terrible
This app is truly a piece of garbage. Looks like a 2nd grader coded it. Can’t say I’m surprised though since it’s coming from the city of Boston.
