This app is exactly what I was looking for. I have used box breathing countless times in critical situations and I have used it for my children to help them with anxiety. Now this app can help guide them if I'm not around. Simple app, no ads. I appreciate this so much!

i don’t mean to brag but i might know the creator of this app. no bragging tho. it like the best app in the world, and it helps you with box breathing in a really minimal no distraction way. and it also isn’t something you have to be sitting down in your room to use, you literally can use it anywhere. also no subscription, no adds, no nothing nonsense, that’s a triple n soooooooo. get the app or you will probably die……… 💕
