Tolle App zum organisieren des Haushalts oder Kisten/Schubfachlager wo man nicht immer alles aufmachen möchte um zu wissen was drin ist. Für mich wichtig und der Grund diese App zu verwenden, die App hat eine einfache Logik und nicht hunderte von Unterfunktionen. Insbesondere ist der auch der gute Kontakt zu den Entwicklern zu erwähnen, die auf den Hinweis von kleineren Bugs nach dem letzten IOS Update sofort reagiert und das gefixt haben, inkl. persönlicher Rückmeldung. Top!

Optimal
Ich nutze die App für meinen Umzug, anschließend wahrscheinlich sogar weiterhin. Ich finde die App super übersichtlich, das Team hat auf eine Email von mir sofort reagiert und innerhalb weniger Tage eine neue Funktion hinzugefügt. Wahnsinn! Ich finds klasse wie sie alles einfach einfach macht. Weiter so!

Won’t let you opt out from data analytics.
First time opening the app in a while and it goes to a page that explains the app’s data use policy, then some underlined text”No, I do not want to contribute to improving the app” and a button on the bottom of the screen to “Allow Analytics “. The decline text does not do anything. You have to Allow to continue to use the app. Why even put the text to decline if you won’t let people choose it.

Thank you for your feedback and for pointing this out. What you’ve encountered is a bug that affects buttons within scrollable lists and is not specific to this feature. We’re aware of the issue and are actively working on a fix to ensure all options function as intended. In the meantime, if you’ve already tapped “Allow” just to proceed, you can still opt out of all analytics at any time via the app’s settings under Privacy. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt (noch) nicht.
Für den Pro-Preis von 120 Euro im Jahr kann man gerade mal 500 Objekte in der Cloud verwalten. Ich schätze ich bräuchte mindestens 1000 oder mehr. Für Starter Kit (36 €/Jahr) mit 1000 Objekten in der Cloud wäre ich dabei.
Kostenlos kann man 2 Geräte pro Account benutzten, aber die tauschen lokal keine Daten aus. Da kann man auch mit mehreren Accounts kostenlos beliebig viele Geräte benutzen.
Für Starter Kit (36 €/Jahr) mit unbegrenzten Objekten, die sich lokal synchronisieren wäre ich dabei.
Die Druckfunktion ist im Format A4 als PDF. Ausdrucke der Label auf einem der gängigen Labeldrucker wären zu erwarten.
Leider kann man die Daten auch nicht als CSV uploaden und viel unverständlicher als CSV auch nicht downloaden.
Fazit: Für den Preis noch zu wenig Funktionen. Für das Volumen von maximal 500 Objekten kann ich auch eine einfache Exceltabelle mit entsprechenden Forms benutzen. Das ist flexibler und kostet mich nichts.

Easier to use after update
Still a bit hard to remember how to use. After the update creating items and moving them between ‘boxes’ is easier, and the search function too, But the QR codes created and printed no longer work - goes straight to ‘404 Page not found’ error - very annoying!
Bad customer service
After using this to organise my boxes I found lots of little annoyances/issues which makes it unusable for me. (Too many things to list here) I appreciate its free, but it’s unloved. Also, I tried emailing for help and didn’t receive a reply.
Lost all my info
This was wonderful while it worked but something happened and the app would no longer open. I lost all my information which was extensive. I am very sad.
New update made it stop working
I loved this app initially but ever since the recent update, I’ve had problems. It wiped all of my data when I opened it back up after the update. Now I can’t even get the app to open, it just stalls on the main screen when I click on it. I’m very frustrated because I spent quite a bit of time organizing and categorizing several large things before putting them into storage and now I can’t even use the app to know where what I’m working look for is located.

Absolute failure
I chose this app extensively for moving. And now that I need it to find stuff it is no longer working and hangs. I am speechless. Why did I pick this app?
Collaborators
I love the app, the only down fall for me personally is not being able to add collaborators to certain projects given I use this for work and shared inventory. The features are amazing otherwise.
Super App
Die App ist toll und genau das, was ich immer gesucht habe. Die Sharing Funktion der Cloud-Projekte mit anderen Leuten ist super und richtig einfach zu nutzen. Zudem nutze ich oft die wirklich umfangreiche Suchfunktion, die es . richtig leicht und schnell macht, Sachen zu finden.
DS Einstellungen nicht akzeptabel
Die Übermittlung von Nutzungs- und Analysedaten kann man NICHT abschalten.
Dabei ist auch egal, ob sie ‚anonymisiert‘ werden oder wirklich anonym sind.
Sorry, aber das übergriffig und entmündigt den Anwender.
Daher werde ich auf die App verzichten.

Ich liebe die App, ordne damit hauptsächlich Kinderkleidung die noch vom 2. Kind getragen werden soll. „Habe ich noch ne Matschhose in 104?“ Nix einfacher, als das herauszufinden. Ein Verbesserungswunsch: Tags per Suche vergeben. Mittlerweile habe ich sehr viele Tags vergeben und es hält etwas auf, die gewünschten Tags nur durch Scrollen finden zu können. Ansonsten wirklich mega! Danke

Update erased all the data
The new update erased all the data I had stored in the app. Did not give any options to migrate data.

Backup your data, find a different app or just do not update before you know what you’re getting into.
The entire app has shifted to a software as a service which WILL push overpriced subscriptions. They’re currently offering a free service but understand all of these apps end the same. This is no longer the same app. It went from 0 major updates at version 0.6 for a long time to version 2.0 within the last month.
It used to be developed by Felix Moser as the main developer to a company called BO24 UG (haftungsbeschränkt). While Felix still is a key principal in this new formed company this bodes bad news for anyone that enjoyed this app in the past and a privacy nightmare now that they’re implementing AI.

New Update
This new update completely screwed me over. It wiped my whole inventory and now I have nothing stored and have to start from scratch. Absolutely frustrating and unacceptable. I will looking for a more reliable alternative.

There was a small bug during the rollout of the new version that caused this issue for some users, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Spent hrs working on projects and organizing stuff that i cant take back and it got deleted
