Slow
This app needs a major update. It lags and is very slow. The layout and booking is easy but it’s just slow.
Horrible from opening it up
Took 10 minutes just to find the “perfect” obscure angle for the selfie and then I was caught in an endless loop of “submit proper documents” when everything was present. Nothing stating what/if anything was missing. Never managed to create an account.

Unstable inconsistent app
Compared to other apps in Las Vegas, this one is amongst the worst. The login information is never consistent and it logged me out of my account one year ago during the time I was trying to retrieve a bonus that I had won. No one was available to help me log in or remedy the bug, I lost the promo opportunity, so I stopped gambling at Boyd properties. My son wants me to try again so..:

Nothing appears
I click the app to log on nothing shows up. It is only a white screen with a not to please specify username. Then you click ok and back to a white screen. There is nothing to show I am trying to log on. I’m new to this app but it seems like nothing works. Improvements need to be done for anyone to use it.

Please please make this app better
I am a huge Boyd fan. Onyx level, & I talk their locations up all the time to everyone I know. But I’m frustrated with this app. I click on something, nothing happens for 10-30 seconds. I try to scroll, I wait 10-30 seconds. I wonder if it registered, so I do it again, which scrolls too far 35 seconds later. It just doesn’t work. I love the website, and I can tell by the layout that this app has a ton of potential. But it’s been over a year since this new format was released, and even though I have the newest iPhone Pro and the fastest speed internet beyond what most people could have, it takes me more than a minute just to select a location. No spinning wheel to let me know the app even registered my request. At least with a spinning wheel I know it’s thinking. I spend 5 minutes on this app, get nowhere, and head to the website. So if this is never going to be improved, or if it’s just the iPhone experience that is bad, I’ll officially delete the app and stick with the highly superior website. But I’d love for the app to work, because that’s how I interact with all of the other big casino names (that I don’t like nearly as much as Boyd).

Quarterly stay
When I click book offer for quarterly stay it doesn’t do anything
App not showing current reservations
I prefer the web app. The mobile app is okay, but it isn’t showing my current reservation which I made over a month ago. When I use the web app, my current reservation is listed.
Worst Customer Service
I would rather give zero stars. For the past two weeks plus the rewards points have not been updated to my account even though play has continued. When I reach out I've gotten zero response from Boyd itself and when I reach out to stardust the platform I play on they just keep saying we are aware of issue and for me to be patient. Unreal 2 plus weeks with no update or resolution unless I reach out to be told the same thing. Word of advice if you are having a major issue be proactive, it will go a long with your customers and their trust. If this was the other way around you would suspend my account immediately with no question. Do better.

APP Disappointed
I just downloaded the app and it’s not very good. I recommend using better designers and IT professionals to bring this up to speed. I’ll try again at a later date.
Doesn’t allow you to checkout
They said to download the app for a digital key and checkout. I searched their app and website for an hour and found no such option anywhere.
Now it’s better
I read a review that said, you’re a casino, do better. Guess what? They have done better. Now with this cashless thing going on, it’s awesome. To all of you who trashes Boyd Rewards: With a few bug fixes, this is going to one of the best ones around.

Offers show online, not on app
My casino offers only show up when I log on to the actual website, not on my app. Pretty disappointing.
