This app quoted us 480 for 2 flights then as we pressed pay it charged our card 570. No human support staff only ai offering me a 70% credit as soon as I paid. Rip off recommend to no one

Warning – Unauthorized Extra Charges
I had a very bad experience with BravoFly. They charged me an extra $1300 without properly informing me or getting clear approval. The additional charges appeared unexpectedly, and dealing with customer service was extremely frustrating and unhelpful. I feel completely misled and disappointed by how this company operates.
Please be very careful before booking with them and double-check every payment and hidden fee. I am writing this review to warn other people so they do not go through the same stressful experience. In my opinion, this platform is not trustworthy.

The Airlines Company approves my full-refund, I just need to wait will Bravofly give it to me refund
The overall conversation is fluent and the consultant seems responsible for my issue. I will give full ranks if I can get my full-refund back and the Airplane company approves it. I just need to get the refund via Bravofly, where I pay for the tickets.
Truly awful
Totally inconsistent. Doesn’t link with Last Minute and vice versa. Won’t accept a perfectly good email and/or password. Book with them and then worry that your trip hasn’t been properly logged.

They won’t provide an invoice
I can’t get an invoice for the $700 I just spent. Support chat bot is useless. So… one star.
Unprofessionalism
My flight was canceled by the airline. I contacted customer service immediately to request an alternative option and asked them to rebook me on another flight. I was told that my request would be treated as a top priority. However, the very next day, I received an email informing me that the ticket had simply been canceled and that a refund would be processed instead, with no discussion or attempt to find a solution.
As a result, I had no choice but to pay out of pocket for another ticket on the same airline and for the same route, at a higher cost.
What is even more frustrating is that quite some time has now passed since the cancellation, and every time I contact the support team, I receive the same response: that they will get back to me as soon as possible and that my request is a top priority. This is not how a business should treat its customers
As a result, I had no choice but to pay out of pocket for another ticket on the same airline and for the same route, at a higher cost.

HORRIBLE customer service. I requested a refund a month ago (still haven’t received it) I have contacted support 3 times, all of which say they have passed the responsibility onto another department, but they have no idea when it will happen. Their app has a button to “review refund details” and it brings you to an error page. Overall horrendous experience, still waiting lol

I am very disappointed with this service. The app constantly tries to add extra paid options during the booking process. I was charged for the FullFlex option that I did not order. Customer support is very poor and it is extremely difficult to get help or resolve an issue. I just wanted to buy tickets, but instead I had to deal with unwanted add-ons and no proper support. I would not recommend this app.

Their quotation was around NZD 1400, soon I paid they notified charged MZD1742 from my account. I request if full refund!
ignorant customer care
total rip off ,i requested a change they gave me a quote i accepted it , then i get an email saying that they tried to call me which i never received, They send me another email with a new quote with higher price of almost 100 gbp , i had to accept it because i was helpless , then they put me into another 48 hour loop to keep me losing money because for them its just so easy to send another quote with higher price , then i received another quote double the price, which just shattered my mind and i kept asking representatives in chatbot to prioritise my case because i cant keep losing money they will serve you like snails , i think they ignore you intentionally to make more money if i am right , you have no access to talk to higher authorities, all you get their representatives doing their lazy job without sorting out anything . Better to use airlines straight as they wont rip you off like bravofly

J'ai été victime d'une arnaque sur ce site. Pressé d'acheter un billet, j'ai opté pour un paiement via PayPal. Le prix initial affiché était de 530 euros. Après avoir connecté mon compte PayPal et cliqué sur "Acheter", le prix a soudainement augmenté pour atteindre 630 euros ! Une véritable arnaque ! Si j'avais payé par carte, j'aurais eu la possibilité de vérifier le montant avant la validation, ce qui aurait évité ce problème. Malheureusement, ayant déjà autorisé le prélèvement via PayPal, la transaction s'est effectuée immédiatement. Je suis extrêmement déçu.
Update : Il semble que j'aie activé une option par erreur. J'ai contacté le service client, qui a rapidement résolu le problème et effectué un remboursement. Le service client est très réactif et efficace. Merci !
