Has some really good breathing tools which are helpful.
Major con
The heart rate scanner is very inaccurate. They canât blame the tech using a phone camera as there are others apps that use same and are very accurate.
This in turn will create more anxiety and make people come to conclusions that are not real .
There is only 9 reviews and 2 people including myself have fed this back.
I never ever review things on an App Store. But this is very very dangerous. And will not end well if people in mass use this tool and believe itâs accurate.
I am more than happy to change review of this feature is removed whilst it gets up to standard as others that use camera. But until then itâs a crazy health risk for anyone with anxiety or heart issues

I thought this app should help you with anything anxiety,stress,fitness but it turns out nearly all of them if not all you need to unlock I think we all downloaded this app to take are mind off of things.But paying for things that are not your fault that you have is ridiculous.
1 session in and loving it
Coming from Prana on Android, this app is perfect. I get all the same elements of customization and itâs got an amazing interface. Gladly pay 5 a month for this app.
