Fantastic!

Works first time for relaxation

Biofeedback for a deeper sense of calm

Amid the 2020 covid pandemic I found myself feeling a great sense of anxiety. I tried everything, counseling from better help, meditation with Calm, and nothing seemed to help the sense of being compressed. I am so happy I found Breathscape because it got me through! I have always been a meditation and breath work enthusiast, but at times I needed guidance to be fully present. Breathscape incorporates your physical biofeedback to help achieve the most zen breathing experience ever. The soundtracks work in tandem with your inhales and exhales which make you feel like a composer of your presence. It’s totally awesome. I continue to use the app to this day and couldn’t imagine my practice without it. Thank you, Breathscape, for helping me find my peace.

Incroyable

Cette application est incroyable, gratuite et sans pub. J’ai eu toutes sortes d’objets connectés à des prix parfois très très élevés et je peux vous assurer que cette app gratuite fonctionne mieux que la plupart des gadgets sur le marché…

Incredible!

I’m sure I wrote a longer review for this already, but I love this app. It’s a must-have app for meditation.

Wonderful

This app is fantastic and stands out in a crowd of helpful meditation apps.
There are a few programs, each of which has you put the phone on your belly to use biofeedback. This works very well and is more fun to use than other apps out there.
I’ve been using this for years, and I strongly recommend it to anyone.
