Disappointed
I opted to buy the more premium joule air fryer pro instead of the standard model for 100$ less specifically for the autopilot feature and the app however I come I’ve come to find that the autopilot recipes are very few and sparce and tend to be for things like frozen foods I’ve owned this oven for about a year now and have not seen the recipes update on the app either nothing new added in over a year wth this is what you get for 500$?

This is so easy to setup our kids loved watching it from the phone! We haven’t cooked with it yet but we have saved a bunch of ideas!
Good product, garbage app
Product design is solid. But then they'll stop supporting the app you were using and force you to create an account so they can spam you with emails. The setup process is trash and when you just want to cook it really cheeses you off to see how many obstacles they manage to throw in your way to prevent that.

Cool kitchen
Keeps my kitchen cool. I have no air conditioning in So Cal and a professional stove that throws out a lot of heat. I only have to stand over the stove for 5 minutes to sear perfectly cooked meat
WiFi required?
The device obviously worked just fine using Bluetooth under Joule.
Can’t use my joule anymore
My joule is connected to my phone’s Bluetooth, but the app refuses to connect. The old Joule app worked perfectly. My meal prep is ruined for the week.

I do not want my contact information, my cooking history—I don’t want anything from my kitchen appliance to go on the Internet. I used to love using this but now it’s useless because I can’t get it started because I can’t get the app because I have a password that I don’t wanna type in.

Alarm issue
My alarm isn’t going off when my cook is finished. Had I not just happened to be looking at my phone I Would have missed when it was time to pull the food
Nice but would prefer a “Cooking about done” notice also
The setup process is straightforward. I’m just getting into all the features but one thing would be helpful is that it would send to the phone a notice that cooking is getting near the end.
Joule force to use this app
Lost 2 prime steaks and a bone in pork chop as the unit just stopped cooking with no input from me. Lock screen notice still said it was at temp asking if I wanted to start the timer. Never had this issue with the joule app.
Who designed this?
I was perfectly happy with the user friendliness and simplicity of the joule app. Now I have to scroll through offers and complex recipes I never wanted or asked for. I’ve got an idea! Don’t fix what’s not broken!
Like Joule but worse
I was forced to download this to keep using my Joule sous vide. It’s basically the Joule app, but worse, and with pop ups. It also asks me if I’d like notifications every time I open it, along with emails. I would not, and if I didn’t already have the Joule I wouldn’t buy one.

Bring old recipes back
Bought my oven 2 years ago and having this app played a crucial role in how much I love the cooking experience with it. However, i recently noticed more than 60% of my favorite recipes were removed! What is the deal here? It is frustrating that they removed good recipes from the app and keep all the ad videos on there telling us all about boxed meals or other products. Disappointing!

Personal pizza automatic cooking
I’ve tried this twice and each pizza was overcooked! Burnt edges abound.
