New 2024 winner as the most crashed ap

Seriously this thing is useless. At least once a week it’s dead for a day or two for maintenance. It’s garbage. Every 2nd or 3rd weekend it’s in maintenance

Limited functionality

The app is simple to use - but too simple. Limited functionality to viewing balancing only really. Significant upgrade required to provide full functionality like the website.
Website format is very clunky and slow as a alternative on your phone.

Three steps backwards

This app provides significant less functionality than the Energy Super app used to provide. But that’s in line with the reduced quality of service since the merger.
