The worst bus app ever
The update killed the app and it so difficult to see ongoing buses and stops

I’ve been waiting for an advertised N48 at 2.50am on 19/7/26 only for it to disappear and the next one is in 55 minutes. Thoroughly unimpressed… and then you ask me for a review! Very disappointed.
Extortion
How B&H buses has increased their costs to extortionate fees is honestly diabolical. Especially when you’re now running hybrid and electric vehicles. I will putting in a complaint to the bus company directly and the local MPs.

Live updates are useless
I’ve had 3 buses actually be on time in the last 6 weeks… there is no quick chat option on the app to speak to someone and find out if you’re ever going to stop waiting for your bus to arrive (currently been waiting 40 minutes for 2 buses that never arrived) would be good if you could update the live bus arrivals so people know if there is an issue or if they should bring a camping chair in future and get comfy whilst they wait

Tracking just doesn’t work
Often try to follow the no.6 and the app differs so much to the digital signs at bus stops Both are too unreliable. Expect to wait 30mins for a bus like the old days.
Very useful
This app is really useful and I use it a lot. The only thing I think is missing, which would be very useful, is a map of the bus routes served by Brighton and Hove.

Now totally unreliable, live bus updates and times don’t actually match up with when they arrive.
Live timing inaccuracies
Recently the live timings have not been accurately representing the bus arrivals. More often than not, a bus will say ‘due’, then it will disappear and be replaced by a later time, or not reappear at all. This feature needs to be improved.
Unreliable
The times shown in the app are frequently different to the live boards at the bus stops. Buses often disappear off the app just as they are due and they don't arrive, phantom buses.

As a frequent user of public transportation in the uk I’ve had my fair share of experience with mobile app disappointment, however this app has always provided me with a delightful experience and allowed me smooth travelling throughout. It’s great to see the devs taking feedback constructively and improving where they can. Thanks Devs and Happy Christmas to you all :)

Bad app it’s just a grab for money
So it can allow me to buy a child’s ticket 2 days after my birthday but then I can’t activate it. It’s a useless grab for money and the drivers and rude and racist but what’s new.

buses never arrive !!!
i’m not even joking, why does this app show me buses are coming even though they never do. the app will say there’s a bus in 7 minutes, so i’m waiting for it and boom it disappears off the app and never arrives. it becomes such an issue when i’m trying to get to college, especially when it happens twice in a row !! please please fix this because idk what phantom buses the app is showing but they never come !!!!

You should be ashamed
Just bought an all day travel pass and now been logged out and it wouldn’t log me back in. What an absolute abomination. Hire people who know what they are doing. Clowns.

Handy for tickets and times
With the app you don’t need to loose your ticket and day ticket lasts 24h rather than the end of the day.
Also seeing live bus stop times is very handy.

I don’t know what brain dead, horrible, emotionless people run this app but I hope you know how much hatred I have on my heart for you all. You say a bus is coming for however many minutes and I wait patiently but lo and behold it never comes. This has happened on more than one occasion, fox your horrible app for the love of his bevause you are all clearly victims of abuse who wants to recycle those same patterns to the people of Brighton and hove.
