Downloaded a so called risk assessment, and my client asked was it prepared by a child

Faults faults and more faults

As the title says more faults then you can shake a stick at. Every other course I whet on the very last question or box to click made me have to start again and agin and agin. This is not an app you should use in work.

It could be a brilliant app but it is full of flaws. The software needs lots of reprogramming to get it right

Need BrightSafe to be able to have separate admins to BrightHR since these two disciplines are usually separate and need differing control

We’d like to clarify that service levels can be managed independently within BrightHR and BrightSafe. As these are separate business areas, Admin access can be tailored accordingly, meaning users don’t need Admin permissions across both systems unless required. ON THE GO!

The app is easy to use but has major flaws in my opinion. It’s called BrightSafe on the go…!but if I’m on a site and create RAMS I cannot share them with my client to continue with the work from the mobile app. Even using the web version from my iPhone clicked the ‘print’ option does nothing. Copy works, but ‘print’… nothing. So can’t save as PDF to send to customer. So what exactly is the point in having the app if I then have to be at my laptop to share it with client. Really needs to be sorted to make this a product that works for tradesmen.

Dysfunctional HR solution

This program will make you tear your hair out. Marketing as an HR solution is laughable - most modules require hours to complete because of technical errors. I would rather this through multiple in person sessions than deal with this system (app or website based)

Expensive suite to have for a business but worth it if the chips are down, although one would expect iPad versions of their software as standard…….

Awful

I have to have 3 apps on my personal device for this garbage, have to clock out with a QR code before I actually finish by licking the store. The schedule view is trash a weekly calendar would be easier to read

Not self explanatory

As a first time user, where is the methodology for setting up our Site Safety Management Plan, Work Method Statements, Toolbox talks and everything else that goes along with having a functional Safety Management Plan. We are 9 weeks into a small commercial project with no resolution. The emails have been irregular with little to no instructions on where to go or what to do.

Waste of time

Trying to complete the health and safety course. Complete waste of my time. Once you click on any of the pop up boxes like pointlessly moving a slider to artificially adjust a made up bar graph you can no longer click continue. Of course you can’t click continue until you pointlessly move the slider to artificially adjust a made up bar graph but once you click the pop up box to move the slider you can no longer press continue…….

Etc repeat repeat repeat.

Unfit

Was signed up to this through employer, nothing seems to work, documents don’t appear as they should so need to be printed which to my mind makes this app useless

Documents didn’t download onto the app and I had to sit the same test twice.

I sat the test and the test sheet didn’t automatically download to the app. I had to resit the test and manually download it to Dropbox.

Clunky App

Trying to complete the E-Learning modules on iPhone but it won’t proceed past some questions so cannot finish. Unhelpful. We have asked employees to complete the quizzes and if it won’t work on iPhone - many won’t get it done!
