What’s the point?
What’s the point of the app when there are very little features in comparison to the web version?

Shows last year and this years amounts but can’t tell if this is the amount eligible or remaining. Not user friendly at all. Needs more attention to UserExperience

Needs Major Improvements
Every time I have attempted to login I am informed that the service is not available. What’s the point of having an app?
No passkey to login
This app lacks basic functionality for the modern era. I’m guessing its owners don’t use it.
Terrible app
Suddenly can’t log in anymore. Companies should find a a better business partner, instead this kind of incompetent business.
Just no
I hate that my organization uses this company. The app hardly lets me in, I get “service unavailable” messages at least a third of the time I try to login. No in-app notification about denied claims. Terrible customer service when there’s an issue.
Can’t even open
The app has now crashed upon opening 10 times in a row. I’ve deleted and redownloaded. I have never even seen the login page because the app crashes the second I click to open it. Is this even the current app? Is there a secret, working app that I can use instead?

Useless
The app contains so little information it’s completely useless. In theory, it might be useful for submitting receipts. But then it says you have outstanding receipt requests - and also says you have NO outstanding receipt requests. So. Useless.
Submit a claim is literally missing
The entire purpose of this app is to submit a claim and it’s literally missing from the drop down menu. This app is a joke

Lacks any real functionality
It doesn’t appear this app is being monitored or updated. It’s virtually useless with no transaction history appearing and there’s no option to submit a claim for reimbursement. Very frustrating because the website (desktop and mobile) is also not working right now - dead links for reimbursements and transaction view.

Awful company
This has been the worst company I have ever interacted with. The customer service is non-existent. Claims denied and no notifications sent. Our company switched to them and within two years we dropped them because the uproar internally. The app and website are horrible and good luck getting someone to reply to an email.

Bottom of the barrel
If your employer chose this company for your benefits, now you have proof they don’t give a c**p about you. I have seen middle school kids build better apps than this.
No bad but could be much better
Would be nice if recent transactions were highlighted in different colors to show deposits and withdrawals instead of keeping you guessing. It would also be nice if the transaction history went back at least 18 months instead of just 30 days. In a world where everyone and every company is trying to take your money the more I appreciate doing business with people and companies that make it easy for me to look over where my money is coming from and going to.

Horrible but no choice
Update 2024. Still horrible. Still locking and crashing. Still not updating balances. Sad it’s so horrible rated they won’t make better cuz they have monopoly.

In decade I’ve never had an iPad lock up until this app. Once in, the account balances and plan years are confusing and not accurate (shows more money in current year, shows two entries for previous year. One says zero which is wrong the other show a dollar amount which is wrong). When submitting you have to trick app/click off like exiting any other app in order to get option to submit claim. After an hour and finally submitting claims the recent transactions show nothing. They appeared successful but were they?? No one knows. Devs must not live in this country or in real world - we get email receipts in todays world yet you cannot upload a file, only a photo. What?!?? So load up and screen shot? Dumb. Waste of time. Really a joke and I would never use except for fact we have no choice. Perhaps that’s why devs don’t care about quality.

crashes, limited functionality
just awful app. constantly crashes. submits multiple claims for same claim. photos don’t work. extraordinarily limited info on account. just awful. who made this app? krueger industrial smoothing? must be b/c they really don’t care … and it shows

It’s a mess
This app is a mess. The transactions aren’t in any particular order, they’re not separated by account, and they’re not even clearly labeled on credit vs debit. It makes no sense at all that you can’t click on an account to see its transactions. It’s almost unusable.
