SCAM SCAM FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!
If I could rate less then one star I would. Don’t let these scammers see a penny of your money.
They have a promotion going on that is completely false advertisement. They say if you refer a friend and they activate their card and load 40$ then you both get 20$. My profile shows my fiancé signing up with my referral and she loaded 70$ onto her card with cash. We did everything perfectly as the promotion states. We have called numerous times and the customer service is absolutely horrendous. None of the employees know how to do their job. Let alone know how their own promotions refer a friend bonus actually works. They can’t even go to their own website and read the rules I guess. Then we talk to the manager/ team leader and he has no customer service skills and is telling us my fiancé did not load money on her card and that’s why. We then correct him and tell him the exact date and time that she did in fact load it and then he tells us, oh yeah your right sorry I was just looking at her most recent transaction. Their promotion states within two business days you will see the bonus in your account. The “Team Leader” proceeds to tell us within 30 days.” And then hangs up. Well it’s been well over 30 days neither me or my fiancé have received our bonus even though it’s says we completed it.
BOTTOM LINE BRINKS MONEY IS A SCAM FULL OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE FTC AND SUED.
They charge 2.50$ for any transfer of funds you make as well. Weather it’s to your pay pal or CashApp or anything. I wish I never would have signed up for this terrible company.

Horrible
This is one of the worst banking apps and platform ever. They charged me way too many fees and when i called the customer service line they acted as if i was crazy just for them to later send me a letter saying they owe me money for charging fees incorrectly. Money that i needed but couldn’t access because they took it for no reason. Of course all the customer service reps are foreigners too.

Horrible app
I can’t login to the app was working great until a month ago and then now can’t get it at all. Can’t use Apple Pay can’t use it the account unless I have the physical card what is the point of having this account? Going to close it soon worst bank and app ever.
Has become unusable
Over the past several days I have not been able to login to this app. I’ve had this app for years and have held some funds in it. I have fingerprint login enabled and suddenly I can’t log in 6 days ago. Several dozens of attempts and phone calls to the customer service number- I’m told they know about the problem and will let me know when it’s back online. That’s been days now and I still can’t login. The app takes me on a loop giving me an error saying I’ll need to download the Brinks Money All Access app and when I click it, it takes me to the App Store to open an app THAT IS ALREADY INSTALLED ON MY PHONE over and over again. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. No change. I can access through the website but the entire purpose is to manage it through the app, and it’s broken.

Inconvenience
I have had my account for 4 years now and it has been excellent and very easy to deal with however randomly for whatever reason I try to log in to move money or just look at charges to check things and it tells me that I need to do an update and there is no update available. Luckily for me when this happens I’m just trying to look at past transactions to figure out bills but if I were in a pinch and trying to move money from savings to checking this would be a major problem. Just wondering why this happens. Is it an an Apple issue or something else?

Terrible app
First of all, it won’t even access Face ID even though I have it enabled and now I can’t even access my savings account to take my money out because of the long loading. Fix this issue immediately
Idk if I should use this app
First off this app is. A great app but there is a little problem it says when u are putting a check on the app it’s been 9days it’s the 10th day and idk if I’m getting my money if I don’t y’all’s app might get shut down bc that’s fraud and I can report it to Apple and the Apple will probably get taken down bc it’s a scam if I don’t get my money y’all will be sorry bc I need it to pay bills and stuff y’all don’t play around with peoples money thanks for All u do

Im so happy my atm debit card i love brinks money card is good..and relaks. More save money and load at the stores..

Fees for using your own money
So not only do you have to pay to add money but if you use your money do you have to pay $1.50 per car transaction go to PayPal you don’t get charged for using your own money
Unable to login to account
This is the worst app ever, I wish I could rate it with no star. I downloaded the app and not up to two weeks I couldn’t log in to the acc, they kept telling me there is a problem with my account, I called the customer service they did nothing.
Face recognition
It wont let me use face recognition anymore to login I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times now. I went to my settings to see if it needed access but it says it hasn’t asked for it.
