Worst car insurance company to have ever. Horrible customer service and you’re always charged more than what is projected. They will have a “system malfunction” and charge you twice in the same month and then charge you an insufficient funds fee when they need to refund the money they took from you.

Keep shopping, I was insured with them for a year. They secretly took my quote and raised it from $85 to $120 in the middle of the 6 month contracted term. They treat it as if it’s month to month when it benefits them, but charges you when you try to cancel your policy. They’re not a good company to deal with.

WORST COMPANY EVER
Do NOT and I mean do NOT get insurance from this company. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious, and they cannot accommodate anything you need, and yes, that includes not even changing your billing date. If you cancel a policy, there’s underwriting fees and they take a percentage of what’s left to you if there anything owed back to you. I cannot begin to describe how bad this company is and how much I hate them. Worst car insurance company ever.

App is worthless
I have auto and home insurance through Bristol West and I can’t even get anything relating to either policy through the app. I have to switch to desktop view in Chrome and get to the info through the website. Very frustrating.
Smooth interface
I like the interface; The app is easy to use there are no bugs. It's really smooth, consistent doesn’t crash, and it gets the job done every time I need to update payment information or produce documents.
