Too slow
App takes way too long to unlock doors and fails often. There have been way too many occasions where I have to make multiple attempts before the door unlocks.

Garbage app that only opens gates 10% of the time.
So unbelievably slow
If you truly despise your residents this is the fob company for you. The mobile app takes 15 seconds to unlock the door. So forget about carrying in groceries or luggage or moving or anything unless you have an entirety to stand next to the reader holding your phone while it sends a signal to Mars or Uranus.

Not working unless so close
Im using an iPhone 15 pro but unless I take the phone so close to the receiver it doesn’t work. I have seen some of my colleagues able to open from distance
Super Slow
If I were in a horror movie trying to run away from the attacker I wouldn’t survive because it takes one minute to unlock/lock my door. So annoying!

Sometimes it doesn’t work and I get locked out of my building.

I’ve been locked out more than once late at night and in snow because of system errors of some kind. Current issue is that the app on phone and the thermostat don’t seem to be communicating very well. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and cleared cache. It’s super annoying.

20 years without an alternate to having a FOB turned into access if you have your iPhone! What a convenience absolutely love this app!!! now anytime I’m near the office. I have access because I always have my phone!!!

Use the app on my iPhone and have had no issues. Setup for 2 buildings was easy.
