The system always glitches on me and takes forever to sync to open every single time I try to use it to sign in…not the best in access point.
Unreliable
I’ve been locked out more than once late at night and in snow because of system errors of some kind. Current issue is that the app on phone and the thermostat don’t seem to be communicating very well. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and cleared cache. It’s super annoying.

20 years without an alternate to having a FOB turned into access if you have your iPhone! What a convenience absolutely love this app!!! now anytime I’m near the office. I have access because I always have my phone!!!
Works every time!
Use the app on my iPhone and have had no issues. Setup for 2 buildings was easy.

Great concept but it hardly works
Glitchy app
App works when it wants to, there’s a lot of glitches to deal with. If you open one door half the time it doesn’t reset itself and stay stuck so you’re forced to close the app to open another door.

I like the convenience of not having to carry a key but it takes way too long to connect and work. Keys are just faster and that really makes me sad. However, if I ever lost my key, then this would be very handy.

My two gripes with the app are that it’s inexplicably slow to actually engage an entrance device. It doesn’t take that long to operate, say, a nest device or a door lock so something can be optimized here.
The second issue is that the iPhone widget seems to be overcomplicated for a building with multiple entrances. The widget should just offer one button as an option that unlocks any nearby entrance. Ideally, this can be used in combination with the entrance specific buttons in case more granular operation is needed.
