Takes me a few times to actually get into the door. It’s too hot out in Nevada to be standing outside for several minutes trying over and over to get into the door.

Sometimes requires multiple attempts to connect to building. This raises concerns for emergencies.
Terrible
Only finds access points half the time and usually the wrong one. Takes forever to scan into doors. The keycode randomly stops working. I miss having a fob.
Works half the time
I have to attempt 5 or 6 times to scan my phone over the door before it opens. It’s ridiculous. I have to close the app each time and reopen it to try again.

Takes too long and doesn’t work
It takes to long to unlock the door I need to open. I will stand there for 2 minutes closing and opening the app until the doors finally open! It’s so frustrating. A big chunk of the time it doesn’t even work and it says “unable to connect” when the Bluetooth is on. I hate this app but sadly it’s the only one my apartment complex has 😒

No signal no entry also it’s very slow hopefully you’re not getting chased by a dog or something would rather have a fob

I spend SO much time trying to just get in work I’d call that a job in itself.
Bluetooth struggles
The bluetooth struggles to pair up at times and lags when opening, I have to close and open the app several times to get it to work

The Brivo app is too difficult to use for my to access our fitness center
Every time i get a new device in my family for myself my over 14yo children partner etc it’s very difficult to reaccess our clubhouse using the Brivo app
Ruined my apartment complex
Wish I could leave 0 stars. My apartment is hell to get into now, and this app barely ever works

I hate that my building (the Riverie) uses Brivo. It’s so slow and fails half the time.
Latency is too high to unlock
It will take good amount of time to connect and unlock the apartment door . The latency should be low after being in close proximity
Functionality
The app does not open the doors effectively. Often you have to try it multiple times on the same door for access
Awesome
A little slow to respond. And then there’s the surveillance/tracking issue. Otherwise great.
Superb System
This is the most secure system that I’ve had the pleasure of using.
