Used it once. Did not accept my established password. Forgot password link does not work; it is static. Did the security code option via email. Consider changing that to text message which is much more convenient. Just wondering why the default background is black. Was able to change it in settings. Tiles on home page for Help and Enrol in benefits don’t work. Consider adding ability to modify pending maintenance repair submissions (ie add photo and text).
