The tickets are legitimate. I would not recommend buying on this website or app because their fees are absolutely insane and you will save a ton just by buying from the official websites of shows

Subpar
Someone gave me a gift voucher to use this up. I usually buy using a different app or directly at the website of the theater/show.
The options of tickets available were only the ones with restricted view, or very high. Even looking at different dates I was not able to find what I was looking for. At the end just got what was available and paid even more for the “handling fee”.
The seats were bad and I will never use this app again. I paid more than what I would have paid at the theater directly for the same seats.

How Archaic Can You Get?!?
God awful app!! Unable to load Aladdin tickets on Broadway.com app or move tickets to Wallet feature on IPhone. Instead, as per phone rep, need to use my e-mail app to get access to tickets. How archaic can you get!!!
Yet, Broadway.com charged a 38% service and handling fee for the tickets.

Scam website!!!!
Stay away from this website! They tried to fool me. I purchased 2 tickets and they didn’t send me any confirmation and verification codes. I called my bank and canceled it right away.
The payments are not working
Paying for musicals and shows don’t go through, get cancelled and are a huge waste of time. Ended up not going because of it.
Can’t access your tickets on the app
App is ok for choosing a show but it doesn’t store your tickets in the app, so you aren’t able to put them in your phone wallet. I had to print my tickets at home. Who does that anymore? Very inconvenient.
Can’t erase closed shows from saved menu
If you forget to remove show from your saved tab before it closes it’s their forever. Attempting to remove it will instead display an error

Discrimination against tourist and scam
My grandma and mom bought me ticket to & Juliet as a surprise and had sent it to my email but so I didn’t see the ticket due to them changing the password my mom and grandma didn’t relize the system glitch the ticket to a past showing l we didn’t find out until i was at the theater.and the soundheim theater was a very unpleasant experience box office person was cussing as out and yelling as to buy new ticket amd now Broadway.com just feel like another scam website for New York
