Been trying to cancel and they make it impossible when you paid with PayPal.
Unable to cancel !
I signed up for this app and then later decided I wanted to cancel. I have tried everything. There are no ways to cancel within the app. Or by signing in online. I have reached out for Support with no replies.!!!!
Can’t cancel VIP program
Very frustrating when the email says to manage subscription and then you go to the site and it says managed off platform with no additional instructions. Won’t be recommending any time soon. Please contact me.
Impossible to cancel
It is impossible to cancel this subscription. I’m getting runaround from uscreen to cancel. Login in online, go to apple subscriptions and neither have to option to end membership

Advertising is misleading, and it appears to be impossible to cancel subscription. Therefore, I will have to go through my credit card company to block any further charges.

this app is way too complicated and it's just a bunch of videos. Try to find something and click on it. I don't see any guidance on how to start or where to set goals/ just a bunch of videos. And you can't cancel as easy as they advertise. Can't find where to cancel anywhere.
SO DISAPPOINTED!
I tried out the 1 month for $15 which will renew monthly at $50 if I don’t stop recurring subscription. However, there does not seem to be a way to stop the recurring subscription. I have attempted through the app and read that it is done outside of the app, on the “billing” page. It seems to be nonexistent. I’ve emailed, with no reply. Next step is to call my cc company and block charges.

So confusing
There’s too much content. Made finding my program difficult and time-consuming every day. Now I’m trying to cancel my subscription and I can’t even figure out how to do that. It shouldn’t be this difficult!

I was led to believe I was signing up for a Qi Gong program. Instead, I paid $38.95 for 9 videos of which the first 8 were two women chatting and the last had one workout.

I’ve been a paying customer since 2020! I can not even count how many times I’ve had to reach out to support for help getting back into the app, but there doesn’t seem to be difficulty charging my credit card for payment! The help center doesn’t always know how to help me either. More often than not, I’ve had to figure out on my own how to get it back operating! Right now I’m locked out again, but I see i was charged on the 16th of Aug just like usual! I’m beyond livid at the time I’ve wasted on this!

These workouts clearly are not the ones she is doing. Zero changes/zero soreness. I cancelled and switched to Action Jaqulyn Barre Definition who has years of fitness and dance experience and results are no joke!
