Signed up for a trial membership. Cancelled in time, but was charged the full month the following month. Make you jump through hoops to cancel but I’m still being charged. Horrible content. Not worth the headache

Beware first month payment is not what you will be paying month to month. It increases substantially and difficult to cancel. Third party managing payment and good luck finding third party to cancel

Incredible Variety of Workouts
I LOVE this app. I love the large number of choices. I love Brooke’s approach to fitness. Brooke is a tremendous inspiration. I love Gio and so many of the other instructors. I love seeing the results! 🙏❤️

Good luck cancelling
I searched the app and website for a way to cancel since I wasn’t wowed by my VIP trial. The app says billing is managed externally. The FAQs say you can cancel in the Billing section, which doesn’t exist. I contacted Digistore, the invoice processor. Their AI bot says there’s a ‘Cancel’ button on the right hand side of the page. There isn’t. I sent stern emails to Digistore and Brooke Burke customer service to cancel. I’ll be watching my credit card statement like a hawk and disputing any charges that come through. I’m also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Can’t get out of this subscription!
Horrible app and horrible company
I bought this because it seemed like a great option. I hated it from the first session so I tried to cancel. All they do is tell you it’s managed by apple. It’s not in my apple account. It says that I will be paying 36.95 for the next month but is managed by “outside the app”. On the website it says it’s managed off platform. So which is it? I don’t want to pay again

Misleading
I signed up, at $14.00/month. There was no mention of the price going up to $43 automatically after a certain time period. That I found out after they took my money. Then a video pops up of Brooke selling her VIP membership for over $100/month, and no way to get out of that other than join. Such a scam. I requested a refund. Hopefully I won’t have to get Apple Pay involved.

Ridiculous platform
I have tried multiple platforms for working out over the years but this “28 day program” makes no sense. The days aren’t laid out in order no matter how you look at it. I am trying to cancel but keep getting bad information and “off platform” but no direction on where that actually exists. Please do not waste your time and money.

I signed up for this app and then later decided I wanted to cancel. I have tried everything. There are no ways to cancel within the app. Or by signing in online. I have reached out for Support with no replies.!!!!
Can’t cancel VIP program
Very frustrating when the email says to manage subscription and then you go to the site and it says managed off platform with no additional instructions. Won’t be recommending any time soon. Please contact me.
Impossible to cancel
It is impossible to cancel this subscription. I’m getting runaround from uscreen to cancel. Login in online, go to apple subscriptions and neither have to option to end membership

Advertising is misleading, and it appears to be impossible to cancel subscription. Therefore, I will have to go through my credit card company to block any further charges.
