What a waste of time. 30 mind of messages saying you are budy and someone will be with me shortly , then someone sends a message saying there here to assist me then nothing . I object to having to waste 30 minutes of my time trying to rectify 1 of your mistakes. Im busy too
BT scam
Just to warn you all that when taking out a new broadband contract I was somehow scammed by BT into taking 5 devices policy for a useless End Threat Protect policy that I don’t need don’t want and can’t afford because of more incompetence by BT I could t access my bills for three months and now apparently I can’t claim misspelling. I never signed this contract by BT claim I did. Whether this was a root or an out and out scam by the by selling team. This is going to cost me £300 a year for the next three years. I HATE everything that this terrible company stands for. BEWARE and try not to fall for BT Scam

Rubbish, avoid BY
Rubbish app that just sends you in loops, once you get through to anyone they are Indian and struggle to understand you and then don’t even fix what you called from, about the 4th time of happening avoid BT
Abysmal product
No communication within the app. I’ve entered the password 6 times to get to any information, the AI chat kicks you out if it doesn’t know, technology is not improving my life !!
