App doesn’t update

When you have no internet and are reporting a fault try and use the web, because using this app over writes the web and resets your progress. And then they can keep closing your ticket even though you still have a fault on your line. Because BT has 20 hours to resolve a residential line and 40 hours to resolve a business line, with the web it just keeps updating the initial ticket through this app it closes when you call for an update and they open a new ticket resetting their agreement with you. So do use the app, use the web. Ironically enough when calling you can’t get through unless you use the app, thanks AI

If I could give a 0 star I would

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Had nothing but issues with BT regarding billing for past year. The poorest customer service known to man. Caused me nothing but headache and stress with my business. Suspended my account multiple times due to their own fault of double billing me. Had to contact ombudsman service to resolve issue more than once. They have people sat in another country reading off a script not even trying to help customers. Would never recommend this service to anybody the amount of sleepless nights and hours wasted on the phone that have also damaged my business will never be compensated. Honestly this company needs seriously investigating.

Sadly leaving

Only given one star as zero wasn’t possible. Quite possibly the most difficult company I’ve ever had to deal with. The only way to get anything resolved is on the phone - if you can get past the generic automated systems which send you back to the website then drop your call. Help desk promises call backs that never happen and profit comes before customer in all circumstances. I’m paying to terminate my contract early as I’ve wasted too much time trying to get the service I’ve paid for to work with no results. I should have read the writing on the wall when it took them over a month to get my service set up at the start of the contract and cancelled then. Don’t sign up for BT. I know they own the lines but you deserve better customer service.

Disappointed 🤔

Can’t wait to finish my contract with this company!! Recently had a two part contract with BT ,broadband and ICloud phone services,My broadband contract finished last October so it was terminated as they didn’t run simultaneously contract time wise, which left me with this stupid ICloud service, but nobody advised me at BT ,Least of all our newly appointed business manager (Wayne or Dwayne ) 🤔🤷?? as he introduced himself to us didn’t seem too concerned that we were not going to renew our broadband service that to use the service you needed a broadband connection,So I am stuck with a service that is completely useless !!! Roll on end of contract time can’t come too soon 😡 never use this company again !!!!

Horrible

What has happened to BT? I feel like they are dishonest and untrustworthy. Not only is the service terrible when you try to speak with someone, but it remains unsatisfactory even after that. The representatives are often rude, and it seems they lack the knowledge to assist customers effectively.

I was happy with the contract I had, but then they disconnected me without any warning and pressured me into signing up for another deal that was far less favorable. It took a long time to address my complaint, and when they finally acknowledged their mistake, they agreed to pay the majority of my contract. Unfortunately, sorting this out took forever and encountered several issues along the way.

I plan to leave BT at the earliest opportunity and will never return. It’s a shocking way to treat customers.
