Useless cannot log in

I enter username and password, then the PIN sent by SMS. The screen just sits there and says you’re good to go…. But it goes nowhere. Pressing the login button leaves you on the same screen with the dancing dots. App is useless.

Update. Still not working after over a month

Have created new account as BTConnect account not valid. App still not loading. Lost many business calls and potential clients. Really poor.
My complaint has been closed as it’s not impacting enough customers. What happened to BT?
