Cloud voice app constantly fails on incoming calls, been onto tech support numerous times, deleted app, reinstalled but still issue comes back. This is a business line for crying out loud!!

Terrible

Had this for over a year and it just doesnt work properly and never has. Frequently logs me out and then switches my voicemail on without me requesting it. When call divert does work sometimes I answer and it cuts the call off. Sometimes both the landline and mobile ring together for the same call and the mobile doesn’t stop ringing when the call has been answered on landline.
Latest app update from a few months ago has a new fault - it doesn’t show the buttons on the control screen so you can’t tell what features you have turned on/off! You have to randomly tap the screen at where you think the button is to find it and turn features on/off. Simply terrible.

Enter login details and then goes back to the login screen. Haven’t been able to log in to my work main phone which is our main line for the past 2 weeks!!
